Three members of my family have been to you. Myself, my 20 year old son and my wife who started her career as a dental assistant and knows a little something about dental work. You can point the finger back at the patient, their dental care and their previous dentist but I'm guessing most people would be interested to know that all 3 of us had work done by you that had to be redone within those 3 years. You call it unprofessional for the dentist to call out? I find it refreshing that a dentist wouldn't try to overlook work done by another dentist. Your description of how you handle your phobic patients and how things are great just wasn't my experience. I had a terrible experience with you, each of my visits I felt like you didn't listen and I was a pain. I was by the way as I noted in my original review, I just don't need to be made to feel that way. My last visit I asked for another shot to numb me and you huffed and puffed, gave me a shot and disappeared to treat someone else, leaving me sitting there. I found you to be not at all patient friendly, just my opinion. Again on your work, people can decide for themselves but work all three of us are having done is not covered by insurance, because they ruled they already paid for it.

If i chew on my right side, hard pain, if I chew on my left side, less pain with fear I'll break the big filling, because it did break 1 time and the pain I felt was 10x worse. I wish I've never gone to there. I miss how my teeth were before entering here. I can't even have ice cream or an iced drink without agitating my teeth.

He claimed there was none but after I went back a few weeks later complaining of my filling being sensitive to hot and cold he told me "well you should have gotten the white filling." WTF if he had explained that to me before I got it I would have paid for the better filling but he made it seem like there was no difference until there was. I contacted Dr. Mufson late Friday night, and he was able to get me an appointment first thing Saturday morning even as a new patient! The women at the front desk were so nice and made me immediately feel a sense of calm. The office is also beautiful and immaculate.
