The office staff here is amazing. I find it rare these days most office staff are not accommodating or kind. I got out on the wait-list for October a week or so ago and called this week for a same day appt I was able to make. The scheduling coordinator is so kind and makes everything a breeze. Dr. yeh is great, compassionate and empathetic. He is conservative which I like and made me feel much better about my issues leaving. I hope to resolve using his non-invasive approach! read more

This doctor is clueless. I came to him for tinnitus and he offered no resolution. He said it's permanent. I partially fixed it with a change in diet. Like I said this doctor has no knowledge of his own profession. He also completely missed the giant thyroid nodule I had. We all found out through the ultrasound I had one. I went to an herbalist and she spotted the thyroid nodule in one minute. An unlicensed herbalist can spot a nodule that a licensed ENT doctor cannot. For these reasons is why people don't like seeing doctors. read more

Very helpful doctor. I first went to Dr Yeh in March and he was very helpful in guiding me on what to do regarding my ear problems since I had fluid in my ears for several months. My previous ENT doctor suggested some procedures that I was skeptical of doing and I went to Dr Yeh as a second opinion. As I agreed with want Dr Yeh suggested, I stopped going to my previous ENT and Dr Yeh performed my ear tube surgery about 3 weeks ago. Now I can hear better and my ears feel more comfortable and normal. He's very knowledgeable in his field and I am more than satisfied with his services. read more

Dr Yeh is one of the most caring and honest doctor I've ever encounter. Most doctors barely spend more than 5 min listening to concerns or issues. Worse, many ask to run multiple test just to milk the insurance. However with him, it's the complete opposite. He stayed way over 15 min to address all my concerns and suggested what I should do next (instead of just asking to run more test) I'm a cash patient, so I cannot depend on my health insurance to cover me. So it's refreshing to find a doctor that doesn't just see me as a cash cow. It's hard to find a good dr now and days who is through and care about his patients. He won't recommend needless procedures even though you've asked about it twice within the span of years. He'll tell you the end result that you've heard from others or have read on the internet may not be as good as it seems in your situation. read more

I heard that Dr. Yeh is extremely polite and thorough when seeing patients, so I decided to call and make an appointment for my dad who has been struggling for months with vertigo. However, the girl who picked up the phone gave so much attitude and made me not want to schedule an appointment with her.. I asked her "how much would it approximately cost for cash patients?" however the phone was staticky and could not hear; I said, "I'm sorry the phone is too staticky and I couldn't hear, can you please repeat one more time?" She sighs, and goes, "I already told you." ..I repeated again and said, "Sorry I couldn't hear you. Can you please repeat?" And she goes, "Ninety. five, to one. eighty. one." I asked her if there are any appointments available for Wednesday, and she said "Yes, but we can't take you. Also he only does phone consulation." She did not even explain why she can't take us.. l had several more questions However I no longer wanted to talk to this person. I asked for her name and she stated "Nancy." At this point, I want to visit a different doctor. If not, I'll have to call this place again but hopefully someone else can assist the phone call. read more

I waited for more than a month to get an appointment because of all the good reviews I see below but it's very skeptical if the reviews are real. I was 15 min late to the appointment because I thought that was at 11. Okay, no pre-call to confirm your appointment that's fine but some places do. I took a half day off and the receptionist refused to see me and didn't even ask about how bad my situation is. I highly doubt they care about the patients but just how much they can charge out of your insurance. Of course the ones got to see them would be treated nicely because that's the way they get to charge you. NO ETHICS AT ALL! It's not worth the wait not worth the money not worth the time u took off from work to visit this not worth seeing shitty place. There are a lot more ENT specialists around the area. Just be aware if your case is serious then totally not worth to wait here. read more

I was referred to Dr. Yeh because I have ringing in my ears...from my first visit with him, he made me feel at ease and I like how he takes his time with his patients. He doesn't rush you out of his office like most Doctors do and he will do everything in his powers to get to the core of your problems. Dr. yeh is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Not on is he a great doctor but a fanatic and patient person. He is very meticulous about everything but the best bedside manner. If you don't understand something he is very patient and explains everything to you so you can understand. Most ENT doctors I have been to have their assistants explain or explain in a manner that leave you more confused.
