Dr Yu is not just a Dr, he's an artist and takes so much pride in doing a job well done. It's nice knowing he won't let a single person leave without them feeling totally satisfied and beautiful. Everyone who works the front desk is so nice and kind too. They always greet you when you walk in, say bye when you leave and answer all of your questions. I love this place so much and writing this review is making me want to go back this second! I also just read in another review someone commenting on easy to locate, plenty of parking and a beautiful waiting area. I don't normally think of the logistical things, but I can second all of that! After taking down all my information they informed me that I would have to SWITCH from my current dentist to their office in order to get the 2nd opinion or pay for it out of pocket. I assured them I did not have to do this. They also required tests, x-rays, etc "to give an adequate opinion". I called my insurance who called them. What do you know, I did NOT have to switch to them and I do NOT have to have more x-rays done. However, miraculously, when my insurance called them they no longer had openings (due to covid, what a crock) for another patient and so declined to take me. What a scam dentist office to try to drum up new business by making someone switch to them. They contract with insurance to make money but don't want to play by the insurance rules. Took almost an hour of my time dealing with these clowns. I would NEVER go to this dentist!

I do not recommend him in any way, shape or form…read more My 89 year old father went to him and the doctor recommended he have some skin cancer removed from his ear. My dad, who always had great belief in doctors, went ahead with the procedure. Unbeknownst to us, Dr. Gormley gave him some type of medication Dad was allergic to, and there were serious side effects, but the doctor never associated the side effects with the medication. Dad had to go in for another procedure, and was given the same medication. This time he had even more serious side effects, including difficulty breathing. I happened to be with him and kept telling the doctor we need to get him to ER, which was across the parking lot. They simply wouldn't call an ambulance, so I whisked my father off in my car. As we were leaving, Dr. Gormley is asking my dad, "We're still friends, aren't we?" All the guy could think of, as my dad is gasping for breath, was if he'd be sued. Thankfully, Dad was treated in ER and survived, but not without heavy consequences. It was the beginning of the end for Dad, who until then thrived, and was driving and living on his own. The result of two doses of an allergic medication took its toll, and Dad aged years with that experience, having to go into assisted living where he passed on. First, does Dr. Gormley really think an 89 year old is going to die from skin cancer? Were the procedures even necessary at that age? Next, the doctor's ineptitude was unbelievable as my dad was having the allergic reaction. Further, all he cared about was whether he would be sued. The clincher was when we received a bill from Dr. Gormley for $35, saying we hadn't paid our co-pay (well, ya, we were on the way to the ER.) I paid it to avoid having to deal with this medical facility. But I did add a note, saying, "I can't believe you're actually charging us for what you did to my dad." I think this guy needs to retire--he's well past his peak of decision making.

He has had major and minor surgeries and what should have been simple stitches turned into a nightmare...if your a parent of a boy or parent at all of accident prone kids (like they all are) you know what I mean...Anyway, my cousin told me about Dr, Gormley and the amazing treatment she got from the staff and the Doc when she took in her daughter to have a mole biopsied which ended needing to be removed. What was the kicker for us was that my little niece told my son I barely knew it happened! He was all guns blazing to go get his warts removed that he had on his hand and one on his face. So, I scheduled the appointment and was, at first, frustrated that I could not get him in to see him for about 2 weeks because I thought for sure my son would back out. FAST FORWARD: the day before the visit the office called me and said there was a prescription waiting for me and where to fax it, a topical numbing agent BEFORE we get there was to be put on. (ok this is a wow for me and (a star), because every where else has made us come in and play around all day with my time, prepping and soaking etc etc etc... being a single mom I cant have that so I was completely impressed that they were that efficient to get it done before we even show up!!) Once there we waited for a few minutes and on back we went (1 more star!!) back in the room the ladies were great, they had a couple of kid friendly magazines and a toy car to keep him occupied. (That too is impressive, excessive amounts of toys in the waiting room and exam room tells me they plan on keeping you occupied for a while!! (Star) MHO) Being a mom who has seen my son go through so much already I was ready for anything but they were amazing, they kept him calm, the numbing agent worked so they could numb him even more with another numbing agent they injected so he literally felt nothing!! I was a happy, on the verge of tears happy, that my son left barely knowing anything happened!! Thank you Dr. Gormley for you and the dedicated and patient staff, the visit will forever be remembered the best we have ever had!!! Horrible experience, I was in so much pain after surgery. My breasts are uneven, I have terrible…read morescars. I got capsular contracture. My nipples are an inch in difference of height of each other. The staff/nurses are rude and mean to you in the surgery center. They don't give you pain meds when you wake up from surgery. They just tell you to take your meds when you get home and wheel you out to your car moaning in pain within 30 mins after you wake up from surgery!! This is a chop shop straight out of a horror movie! Dr Park is more worried about being a celebrity than keeping up good plastic surgery!
