Ever. It first started with a call which I had to leave a voicemail. She returned my call within 20 minutes! She was extremely courteous, professional and explained her experience/specialty when I inquired about a Brazilian waxing. It was late in the afternoon, but got me in right before closing. She made sure I knew where I could find her business and which floor it was located on. I appreciate those little details to help me navigate my way around a new place :) When I arrived she was so pleasant and put me at ease. Because of her technique, I found that this waxing was considerably easier to sit through than a previous one I experienced elsewhere. I wish I could be a regular client of hers! When I go back to vacation in the area or if my friends/family are in need of an esthetician I would definitely recommend her. P.S. I was fortunate enough for her to share her age with me... Jamie is the absolute BEST for waxing, eyebrow threading, and eye lash tinting! And many other things when it comes to skin care and waxing. It took me too long to find out that I don't need to go to multiple salons and aestheticians. She's a one-stop-amazing-shop! So happy that I found her. I've told all my friends about her. She's the sweetest lady and has years and years of experience. She is certified in more areas than any other aesthetician I've been to. Her Brazilian wax is the easiest, most pain free wax. Forget about the Waxing! Jamie will give you the best facial you have ever had. She is warm and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Since June, when I first visited Jamie's salon and received one of her meticulous facials, I have had a facial every 2-3 weeks, and I am not exaggerating when I say that Jamie has transformed the appearance of my (sensitive and acne-prone) skin. I attribute the change to her excellent facials and to the skincare regimen that she helped me to design. I had a Brazilian waxed done by Jamie and she is down to earth and very knowledgeable in what she does. Before I came to her I had my first brazilian done a few years back by someone else and the experience was horrible. The procedure hurt tremendously and I was left with hair in spot spots and I also broke out down there because she didn't do it correctly. With Jamie it was nice, she talks you through it to make you fell comfortable because lets face it, its an awkward situation lol. It didn't hurt and I can't wait for my next appointment. When I came to Jamie to get waxed I was very nervous and scared because my first timing trying a Brazilian the lady did not know what she was doing and gave me a very traumatic experience. Jamie very quickly eased my fear and nerves. From the first pull of the wax, I knew that Jamie was right and she knows what she is doing. The place is small, but do not let the ambience fool you: the professionalism here is not to go unnoticed. She gave me the most thorough Brazilian wax I have ever had.
