I was in an unfortunate situation to find a home during the Covid crisis, I found him on GAMLS site for rental homes. As before I would give them a call or text..as most of them never answered. I was constantly being told that the homes were no longer available and getting discouraged. I spoke with Titus, we set up a time, was very prompt and courteous. (We followed the six foot rule lol) I instantly fell in love with this home. I felt that it was perfect for me and my family. I soon found that my move out date was conflicting with the owners move in expectations so I was advised that there were several others that are interested and that one even had cash in hand!! I was devestated!! Typically once the realtor has received word an application was received..thats the end all be all usually. I usually never hear from the realtor after that. But Titus took this opportunity and offered to help me look for other rentals. I was shocked! I thought wow this is wonderful!!! Because i wasn't having any luck on my own. He simply asked me what I was looking for, I gave him my criteria and within 24 hours I received a link via email with almost 60 property listings to choose from! My wife lived here for over a year, I make more than enough to qualify, yet they forced us to use The Guarantors (which charges 40-80% of first month's rent) just because of her lack of rental history. If I applied alone, no issue. Add my wife? Suddenly there's a huge fee. No elevator, a barely equipped gym, and even after escalating to the Area VP--no help. Super disappointed. They lost a solid tenant and future referrals.
