You aren't able to book any appointments online, only by calling. I called ahead and booked an appointment. I brought my little guy in to get a gull groom on his birthday. His fur was quite uneven and choppy, so my main request was to get him evenly trimmed. I showed the picture of the haircut I had in mind, and they took some photos for reference, which I appreciated. The groomer was excellent at communicating before the process. After about two hours later, I returned to pick him up, and he looked adorable with a little bandana they put on him. The full groom cost $75 before tip (pricy may vary by dog), which I found comparable to other places I've been and seen.

Our Irish Setter has been groomed here multiple times, yet the services have consistently felt lazy and inconsistent. Most recently, the grooming job was extremely poor, as shown in the photos. Despite our dog having an established "file" and us communicating our instructions directly to the groomer, we were later told it was still our responsibility to ensure everything was explained again. After we called to express our concerns, they asked us to send photos as evidence of the grooming. Following an investigation and conversations with both the owner and store manager, they admitted the groom was not up to their standards and apologized, which we did appreciate. What was disappointing, however, was the resolution they offered. Instead of refunding the service, they offered a discount on a future appointment. That felt presumptuous, considering this experience left us with little confidence in trusting them to groom our dog again. They also mentioned that, if we returned, they would make sure a groomer who "specializes in setters" handled him next time. This was frustrating to hear because our dog has been groomed there multiple times already, and that option was never previously mentioned.

I'll admit, it's been a few weeks since I've had her groomed and her undercoat was getting pretty matted. After mentioning that we prefer her coat long , they promised to keep her round face and as much body coat as they could (I assumed a full shave would be in her future). NOPE, they were able to save some of her coat and her fluffy little face is intact! They have a post-groom play area in the back -- which I didn't personally see -- that includes a couch for the pups to play and relax while waiting for pick-up. There were two other small dogs there for her to play with -- so much better than picturing her locked in a cage all alone. Owner mentioned they do have cages, but socialized dogs head to the play area. Full groom was extremely reasonable (especially considering the condition she was in) at only $48. i signed up for the bi-weekly 'maintenance' program (under $30 per visit) and highly recommend this groomer.

They've always been really great and patient with my pup. That changed today. I dropped off my dog at 9 am for his groom and received a very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional call from the owner. She proceeded to say that I needed to pray for my dog to be fine after his grooming because she won't be liable if he was to die(my dog is 17 years old). The groom itself isn't good, you can tell they didn't even want to do it or made an effort. His ears were still very dirty, his "beard" was cut uneven. They basically just shaved his coat off. After all these years, needless to say I was very disappointed. When I picked him up he was fine but they decided to add $40 up charge because they claimed 2 people helped getting him groomed; they always have 2 people help out; this isn't new. 2 people and he looked like I groomed him myself. After 10+++ years you have lost a faithful customer. I will never be back. If you have a senior dog, I encourage you to look for an alternative when getting your dog groomed.
