I have been driving far to take my dogs here because I have loved how they care for my dogs. Unfortunately as mentioned by another review, they've hired people that don't know anything about dogs, much less how to treat people. The person upfront argued with me about one of my dog's hair being tangled even though the owner agreed that she just needed deshedding. When I came back to pick them up she told me she was charging me extra without a reason why. She was very condescending. I pass about ten dog groomers on my way to them. I'm sure any one of them would charge me the same and be pleasant, less pompous. In addition, my beautiful dog ended up with one ear having longer hair than the other. Amateur mistakes for a hefty price. Unfortunate for sure. read more

I have been taking my boys to Lulu's for about a year now and I don't think I can ever go to another groomer again. My fiancé rescued a new dog in May so now we take him as well as our other fur baby. I was a little nervous to take our new rescue (German shepherd, pit, boxer, bulldog mix) when we got him, as he is still very young and has had a troubled past so he has a bit of separation anxiety, but the owner took such good care of him his very first time there that now he loves going and doesn't mind it. We also have a 4 year old husky and he absolutely loves going. They both always have such a great experience and wag their tails so much while they were there. Another reason I love Lulu's is because they take the time to get to know the pups and their families. They make it such a personal experience, work very hard to make sure the pups and the pups parents are happy. I used to take my husky to another groomer and they would just lock him up in a crate when finished until my fiancé or I would pick him up. I understand it's difficult once they are done, but it always made me feel bad for my pup to just be locked up like that with no water or anything. Just didn't sit well with me. I am so glad Lulu's doesn't do that. That have an open fenced area at the front where the pups can feel safe while also having enough space to be comfortable while they wait to be picked up. They even play music for them too and I think that is so cute. I've never had a bad experience at Lulu's. They worked so hard to make their clients happy, make the pups feel safe and comfortable (even the most difficult ones), and are just so loving and welcoming. We were initially referred to them by a family friend and so glad we decided to start going to Lulu's. The prices are fair too, but, to us, the experience is much more important than the prices. Also love that they take pictures of the pups to show you, are very active on social media, & they always come home with such cute bandanas, which is plus :) Best groomers, you won't be disappointed! read more

I'm so glad I found a good groomer for my dog Molly. She has a longer coat and needs trims often. I'm so glad I tried this place. They are very friendly there. I got a mini groom for Molly and she looked beautiful. She was also happier there than other places because they don't use cages. I couldn't be happier with how she looks. That was a couple weeks ago, so yesterday I took her in for a bath and she even ran up to the door she was so excited to get there. I'll keep bringing her in for sure. They only take cats on Wednesdays now. The lady that does the cats has to be contacted by the owner to see if she's available on that Wednesday. So you have to want for a call back. For a person who works a corporate job 8-5pm Monday thru Friday this doesn't work with my work hours. Sadly I'll have to find somewhere else to take my both my dog and cat. The only place I would bring my baby! Dogs are never caged which is a first for me. I usually did mobile groomers so my Maltese would never be caged. Cecy loves going to the groomer now. I tell her it's time to see Ms Cristina(owner)Pili and Lukas(her dogs) and she's so excited waiting at the door to go to the car. It's very unusual for dogs to love the groomers which is a testimonial to how well she is treated there. The groomers love her and my little Cecy knows it! She acts like she runs the place. Cecy also loves seeing other people and dogs there, Which is unusual since she never acts that way when I'm around! I can't stop singing praises about Lulus. Once you bring your baby you will never go elsewhere.
