I usually take him to Petsmart, but I have wanted to bring him to a different groomers. After researching online and reading reviews, I found this one. You aren't able to book any appointments online, only by calling. I called ahead and booked an appointment. I brought my little guy in to get a gull groom on his birthday. His fur was quite uneven and choppy, so my main request was to get him evenly trimmed. I showed the picture of the haircut I had in mind, and they took some photos for reference, which I appreciated. The groomer was excellent at communicating before the process. After about two hours later, I returned to pick him up, and he looked adorable with a little bandana they put on him. The full groom cost $75 before tip (pricy may vary by dog), which I found comparable to other places I've been and seen. read more

They do an amazing job with my Aussie puppy. He can be fussy and has a lot of energy but they know what they're doing. His coat always looks and feels good. The level of cut and trim is just as we discuss it prior to the appointment. I love how efficient they are, and they text and/or call when the pet is ready to be picked up. I loved that Susan took the time to welcome me and explain their operation. She even bathed my dog a second time (free) because my dog appeared to be scratching excessively. Susan thought it may have been an allergic reaction to the shampoo. As it turned out the scratching went away in a couple of days but Susan was happy to do whatever it took to satisfy any concerns I may have had. I truly appreciate her effort and friendly demeanor. It was the first time we brought our two dogs to Pawzazz Pet Grooming. A beagle that is 12 years old and cocker spaniel that is 10. We were very pleased. they did a AMAZING job on my 10 yr old mini Aussie. he has never been professionally groomed before (usually I just bathe and brush him and clip mats with scissors) he hates my dematting and undercoat brushes so it's hard for me to give him a good brushing so he needed everything: nails, wash, dematting and cut out all the small mats that form around the collar and haunches. I asked they not shave him I wanted him to still look like an Aussie with the thicker mane but be short enough all over to have time this hot summer to grow out. I also wanted him to look tailored and have his flyaway hairs cut to the same length. He looks the best ever, I'm so so happy. THANK YOU!! read more

This is a wonderful little spot that I only found out about b/c I saw their ad in one of those mailers you get that you usually throw away! LOL. We have been using 2 different pet grooming places regularly but wanted to try something different and that was priced reasonably for what we were asking. Also, I wanted to make sure this place was more on the smaller side since 2 of our dogs can get major anxiety if the place is super chaotic. Anyways, Pawzazz presence on social media is basically FB. Their website isn't updated. So you are better off calling to make an appointment/asking questions which is what I did . The location is off of 436 in a small strip mall a few doors down from a breakfast spot(forgot the name). Upon arrival, the owner checked us in and filled out the forms for us - also, no need to bring vet records- they can call to verify. One of our pups was getting a bath while our cocker spaniel was getting a full groom. We wanted them to give him a little Mohawk and she went into lots of detail asking how we wanted his ears to be shaved down, etc... I really liked that she took the time to ask and listen. It was obvious she was familiar with the breed (and their finicky ears). The space is impeccably clean (from what we saw from the small lobby area) with wood flooring and was decorated nicely with Christmas decorations. From what we saw, only a few groomers were working, not a factory line, so I felt like they weren't going to be rushing to get our boys done. Overall, we were very happy with how our Chester and Merlin looked like at pickup. They were super happy and adorable with little red bandanas on. Pricing was on par for what we asked. They do take into account the size of your pup which will affect the amount. Only tip is to make an appointment in advance- since this is a small business they may not be able to take walk ins based on previously booked appointments. read more

THIS is THE groomer to go to. Susan is absolutely amazing. I was pretty anxious bringing in my pup because it was her first time going in for grooming and I know that she gets nervous at the vet. I explained to Susan that it was her first visit and she told me that they would take their time with her and be gentle because they didn't want her to associate going to the groomers with fear and I cannot tell you how grateful I was. THAT is how you know she truly cares for what she does and is most definitely a person I feel comfortable leaving my dog with. Not to mention my little girl always comes back with an adorable cut! I have been taking my Lab Zoey here for 2 years for extra special cleaning! She gets a blueberry facial, her nails done, teeth brushed and a great bath and special brushing! Her birthday was last Saturday and I called Susan at 10:00 am to see if there was a chance to get her in. I would usually plan better an call a day or two in advance but this was a whim!
