First I could not get an appointment with her but her nurse partitioner or her colleague one week before my due day, as I was told that she was all booked during that week. Indeed, when I saw her three weeks before my due day, she mentioned that she did have several available time slots for that week, she did not know why the reception told me she is all booked up! For my past Patrum appointment, she first canceled my appointment due to an emergency which is understandable, but instead of rescheduling appointment with her in a timely manner, the reception informed me an timely appointment (within 1 week) is only available with her nurse practitioner or I can book an appointment with her after TWO MONTHS!!! I have no choice but to go ahead with an appointment with her nurse practitioner who has not seen me once before. I was notified of the change about my appointment within only 30 mins of my appointment which has created a lot of trouble for a new mom. Last, on the rescheduled appointment day, she postponed my appointment time by 30 mins again. The unorganized booking system here brings me a lot of trouble in both physical and mental levels. I would never come back to this provider in the future.

When I came in for my appointment there were 2 Women in the operating room. 1 of them was telling the other HOW to do the procedure. First it started off by a shot to numb your arm but it burns. They do warn you but it shouldn't of been this bad. They missed the correct numbing spot so i felt burning all through my fingertips and all up my arm. After they thought I was numb but i was just felling burning, they clipped a hole and dig into my flesh with the tweezers looking for the tip of the implant. I FELT EVERY SECOND OF THE TWEEZERS IN MY ARM. Then as i was crying for them to just pull it out they're like "Omg what's wrong? Are you okay?" like NO I AM NOT okay GET THIS OUT OF ME. then i'm done with this birth control fast forward to this friday i go to a better health care center and explained my tragic procedure that happened here to them they literally took care of me so well! It was insane i didn't know that this procedure is not supposed to hurt until i decided to go somewhere else.

I walk in and say hi and she mumbles "I'm gonna send you a text message and there is a link there and you need to check in from there and the doctor will see you after" and I was like what? I just checked in on the phone you already asked me the questions. So the girl rolls her eyes for me and her co worker walks out to the waiting room and starts yelling at me with a super b***** attitude and repeats what she said like I'm def or something. Long story short I don't even know what text message she was talking about because I never received a text message! The girl just took my temperature and walked me in. I'm not trying to be Karen but th front desk assistants in this office need to be more professional and respectful to the patient.

Based on many of the positive reviews, I'm sure they provide good IV therapy. My review is solely about my customer service experience during the intake process, which ultimately led me to choose another provider. On Wednesday evening, my husband was feeling ill, and I decided to try mobile IV therapy for the first time. I completed the online intake forms, which included many questions about his medical history, medications, and other health information. Since my husband was asleep, I answered everything as accurately as I could but wasn't able to confirm every detail. After submitting the forms, I received an email that said: "Thank you for booking with Rev(IV)al Hydration. We have received your appointment request. Our team of medical professionals will review your submission and text you shortly to confirm availability and provide you an estimated time of arrival." Because the email said I would receive a text "shortly," I expected to hear from someone that evening. When I didn't, I assumed it was because it was after business hours and that I would receive a text first thing the next morning. By 9:30 a.m. the next morning, however, I still had not received a text, email, or phone call. Since my husband was depending on these services, I called the company to check on the status of our request. The representative explained that they don't send texts after hours, which I completely understand. However, I think it would be very helpful if that information were clearly stated on the website or in the confirmation email so customers know what to expect. He also told me that my intake form was incomplete. Again, I understood that could happen. What I didn't understand was why no one contacted me to let me know additional information was needed. During our conversation, when he learned that my husband is 75 years old, he commented that they don't usually take clients that age because it can be more difficult to start an IV. That statement surprised me because my husband has never had difficulty with IVs or blood draws, and it left me feeling that older adults might not be welcomed as readily as younger clients. Between the lack of communication about my appointment, not being notified that the intake information was incomplete, and my concerns about how my husband's age was discussed, I decided to use another mobile IV service instead. That company communicated promptly, made the scheduling process simple, and was happy to assist my husband. I hope this feedback is helpful. My experience may not reflect the quality of the services or care itself, but good communication before an appointment is just as important, especially when someone is seeking care because they are not feeling well. I also hope the company considers improving its communication during the intake process. A simple text, email, or phone call to let prospective clients know that additional information is needed--or that requests submitted after hours won't be reviewed until the next business day--would have made a significant difference in my experience.

At the time of my visit (March 2026), I was unable to confirm Dr. Neema's authorization status as a USCIS civil surgeon, which is required to perform exams and sign Form I-693. My family of three was charged $2,400, and the process took about three weeks. Unfortunately, the paperwork was not usable for our purposes, and we now need to complete the medical exam again with another provider. I also requested a refund but have not received one to date. Sharing this so others can do their due diligence with USCIS beforehand and avoid potential delays in their application process.

I went in for a simple USCIS immigration medical exam, and ended up paying $1,925 for two people -- far higher than any other clinic I contacted (most charge under $300 per person for everything). The staff used vague language and pushed me to pay for multiple "convenience" tests upfront, saying I could get a refund later if I brought records. That refund process turned out to be nearly impossible. During my first visit (Sept, 2025), I waited more than an hour before seeing anyone. Most of the interaction was with the front desk, not the doctor. My follow-up appointments were just as confusing -- I was asked to clarify signatures and even form barcodes while still not receiving the sealed I-693 forms required for immigration. After multiple visits and a month of back-and-forth, we left exhausted, out of money, and without the completed paperwork. If you're doing your immigration medical exam, please call other civil surgeons first. Ask for full pricing, turnaround time, and exactly what's included. You'll save yourself a lot of stress and hundreds of dollars.

The retna maybe detaching, my ekg came back abnormal, and my thyroid glands in my throat were stolen. You need referrals to see anybody for anything. Dr Moon failed to put the referral in for my eyes, she turned in the ultrasound and cardio to which i called today and ALL of the appts i need they can't schedule for 2 fg weeks. Glad to see the health system is running so efficiently. I seriously hope, for their sake, that nothing serious happens before i can get seen otherwise i will file a fat lawsuit against Santa Clara Valley health center.
