Giovanni (or Gio for short) was a cute and wonderful host, explaining the various items on our tasting board--cleverly shaped like the state of Arizona, of course--as well as the various things he was serving my mom. Mom is by no means a wine connoisseur, and she definitely prefers the sweet wines over the dry ones. But she managed to find some things that she didn't mind during our stay. For me, the delicious cheese and salami was wonderful and while I didn't love the NA Aperol Spritz, I appreciated the opportunity to try it.

You're about to drive that business into the ground in the event you don't get consultation on building the business in your current space. You can cater to what you're catering to but guess what happens when you can't drink anything but a little white wine anymore.
