Change the hours on Yelp and Google, so it reflects you aren't open on Sundays. Wasted time and trip.

Ambiance (3.5/5): Los Milics is a pretty small winery. There's a small bar inside and a couple of tables. We sat at a table. Relatively chill for a winery, but I'm not complaining. Always a fan of a casual spot. Service (4/5): Good service overall. Our waitress told us a little bit about each wine and let us stay a bit after they closed. Food (N/A): We were on a liquid diet. To be honest, I'm not even sure if they serve food. Drinks (4/5): We went with a flight (mix of red and white). That's my go-to at wineries because it's a nice way to try a variety of wines. Los Milics also participates in the Scottsdale Wine Trail along with five other wineries in Old Town. You can purchase a passport from one of the six participants for $5 and then you get a discount at each spot. After redeeming it, you get a stamp in your passport. Two down, four to go!

I Ubered but I saw that there was a good amount of parking as I walked in. Ambiance (3.5/5): A small but homey winery. You're not in wine country, so you won't have scenic views, but it is a nice place to have some wine. We sat at some high tops close to the bar. Service (4/5): Friendly service. If you're doing a wine tasting, they'll tell you a little bit about each wine. Food (N/A): We were on a liquid diet during this visit. Drinks (4/5): The Wine Collective participates in the Scottsdale Wine Walk along with five other wineries in Old Town. You can get a passport at any of the locations for $5 and then you'll receive a discount off of flights at each. You also get a stamp upon completing your mission at each spot. They only had one passport left, so luckily I was able to start the challenge. They have several different flights, more than just your standard red or white, including one where they will customize the flight based on your preferences. Pretty awesome and not something I see at a lot of wineries. All of the wines we sampled were solid. I'd return! Now I just need to complete the Wine Walk. It's a tough job but somebody's gotta do it!

She makes you feel comfortable and like you've known her for years. She's incredibly personable and definitely knows her way around wine. Unfortunately, during our tour today, we couldn't go to Page Springs or the other wineries in Cornville due to the fire that started midday today but the Cottonwood backup plan worked out great! The first stop, Alcantera in Camp Verde was a nice gem. I had never heard of them before and it was a good start to the tour. Lunch at Farm Go Go Cafe in Cornville was insanely delicious! Farm fresh ingredients. Everything that's included in the experience is wild: the ride to and from NAZ, the wine tastings AND lunch. She provided snacks and water in the vehicle as well. I 100% recommend people try this out as a fun day trip with friends or even as a romantic day date. I can't wait to see her business grow when she's able to take groups bigger than three/four. I would do this again and try out her brewery tour next time.

Their education classes are amazing, engaging, and truly informative. They are some of the most personable and welcoming people you could meet. Jack, who helped design the space, did an incredible job. The establishment is absolutely beautiful, warm, and elegant. Catherine brings so much knowledge and experience to the wine education side, including her advanced sommelier training, and she makes every class feel special and approachable. Jack oversees the food, the daily operations, and the overall experience with professionalism, kindness, and humility. The caviar, cheeses, and food pairings are outstanding and thoughtfully matched to the wines. Their wine selection is exceptional, ranging from excellent everyday wines to exclusive and elite bottles. Everything is carefully stored in climate-controlled areas, which shows the level of care and quality they bring to every detail. I truly cannot speak more highly of them, their knowledge, their hospitality, and the beautiful experience they have created.

There is also seating at the counter by the register and then a couple of spaces for two people along the windows. There's a nice selection of wines from Italy, France, the US and a few from Australia, New Zealand, but very very few of those. They serve limited amounts of food, things such as olives, nuts, bread, and a couple of sandwiches and salads. It didn't appear anything was cooked or warm. Service was fantastic. They came over to the table numerous times to ask us if we had any questions, to take our order, to bring the wine, open it and then serve it until we finished the bottle. This is run by the same person that runs Jamie's wine bar at the Wrigley mansion.

What makes Postino Arcadia special is that it's the original! Many years ago, Postino bought a building which used to be a post office...hence "Postino." I stopped by on a Saturday evening for dinner. We didn't have any problems parking in their complimentary lot. Ambiance (4.5/5): The vibes at Postino are always solid. Think trendy while still maintaining a laid-back/hipster feel to a degree. It works. We sat at a booth in one corner of the restaurant close to the bar. Service (4.5/5): Friendly service. Our waitress was great. She was attentive and stopped by regularly. The restaurant wasn't busy when we were there (it was close to close) but she still did great. They check you out using those handheld devices which I'm not a fan of, but outside of that, great. Drinks (4/5): Postino is known for their wine. In fact, it was the place where I tried orange wine for the first time. While they're known for their wine, they also have beer and cocktails. This time around, I didn't feel like drinking so I went with a prickly pear lemonade. Very Arizona! It hit the spot. Postino is also known for their board and bottle deal where you can get a bottle and a board for a nice discount. Check out their website for the day/time. Food (4/5): I went with the grilled cheese which is served with a cup of tomato basil soup. With that being said, a lot of people order their boards or bruschettas. You won't see hearty items on the menu, their stuff is on the lighter side. But it's quality. A bit overpriced for what you get, but good. If you're going to check out Postino in Phoenix and surrounding areas, you're going to have quite a few locations to choose from. Might as well check out the one that started it all!
