I wouldn't normally come here because not into cigars but came here for a function. It was very nice inside.....plenty of TV's for sports, nice dining area. The food was pretty good. Had some shrimp and meatball appetizers which weren't bad. I had the penne ala vodka for dinner and it was pretty good. Had the Cannoli bites dessert and that was also pretty good. I know it's a cigar bar but by the end of the night it was bothering me a bit. If you don't smoke just be prepared for it. Not horrible but I noticed it. The prices are up there. It's pretty expensive so be prepared for that as well. The service was excellent. Our waitresses were all over us for refills and anything else we needed. Even found TV stations for us. All were tasty with the zucchini flowers being the favorite. For my entree I had the blackened pork chop which I requested medium although it came out well done. Despite this it was still fairly juicy but I would have preferred it less done. It came with large portion of potatoes and hot peppers and I could not finish the serving so bring an appetite if you order this. Which split a bunch of desserts with the chocolate cake being the best. A very cool restaurant where you can smoke cigars at your restaurant table. I haven't been able to smoke in a restaurant in 20 years due to the fact that you cannot do that any more in New Jersey. My guest and I both brought our own cigars and we were ready to smoke, talk and eat. They also sell cigars that are more expensive than a cigar store. So I suggest you just bring your own cigar. I ordered a cognac on the rocks and it tasted delicious. Lit up my cigar and was ready to order a steak. I first started with a cream of mushroom soup and it was fantastic, among the best I've ever had. I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare. When it came out it was perfectly cooked and about 5 minutes after I started eating the steak my waitress came to make sure it was cooked to my liking. I told her absolutely It tastes great and she said sure and left us alone. She was good at giving my cousin and I the space to talk and drink and eat. I feel that the steak was a little overpriced at $85 but I'm not complaining because I understand that everything is more expensive and it was delicious and very big. All in all it was a great experience. The waitress was very nice and I would definitely return to this restaurant. It's pretty manly and you must love smoke so I wouldn't return with my wife. But any of my friends that enjoy a cigar would love it here. read more

Outstanding I made a last-minute reservation, I was expecting for the restaurant to be loud and busy however immediately upon entering, I was greeted and ushered to a table that was intimate and great for catching up with an old friend from out of town. I believe the waiters name is Noel, if visiting I urge you to ask for him because he made us feel like we were the only ones in the place which was a home run in our visit. This trip only gets 2 stars. It was way too cold downstairs (actually freezing) as the upstairs was closed for a private party. If your gonna close, close. I was on the hunt for a cigar bar with an extensive menu in celebration for the brother's birthday. We found it. On a Wednesday night (Thanksgiving eve) we still made reservations but the restaurant seating was plentiful. This is the type of place where the "regulars" can feel at home. Waitress was knowledgeable and even served as our personal bartender for the night. I ordered the asparagus ravioli and was not disappointed at all! The pasta was tender and the filling was within proper ratio! My only thing, is you are not in the mood for intrusion, this may not be a great option for you. As we were raising a glass to my brother's 31 year of life, the table adjacent to us did the same. Now, we love this sort of thing... not everyone may. In addition, there was a "regular" who came to our table on several occasions starting small talk. Again, this sort of thing my family welcomes but some people may not be in the mood for visitors. I know there are some more exotic toppings offered, but we really just enjoy the perfected simple pie with a tasty crust, not too thin, not too thick. The customer service is impeccable. The owner definitely needs to work on a system to keep reservations timeline .. You bring our own cigars so there's no issue with that (no cutting fee).. This is my go to place in North Jersey if I want to have a stick and have a drink at the bar. They have a pretty decent sized restaurant when you enter and the bar is to the left. Theres a lot of tables and a bar with seating. The drinks are moderatly to high priced but its mostly top shelf and very top shelved liquors. Ok selection of beer mostly the basics. Also they have wine by the glass and bottle. They charge no cutting fee if you bring your own cigars like alot of other spots do. They have a good variety of cigars to buy if you dont bring or have cigars with you. The kitchen is open till 9:30 on the weeknights if you want to eat or even get food at the bar. The staff is awesome and the bartenders are great. The food is pretty good too although we usually eat or have apps in the bar area. Will try the dining area. I've been going to Jamie's for several years now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. I come in the winter time as in warmer months I can smoke outside. The atmosphere is warm and smokey lol. What you would expect from a cigar bar. Mainly men coming after work, but some women. The food is good except for one time when I had the burger and it was dry, but otherwise the food is good. I had a steak, chicken, and shrimp wrap the last time I was there and it was very very good. I ordered the house Cab and that also was very good...3 glasses of good. My friend ordered a cigar from their menu and he said it was dry and it did look dry. I try to bring my own cigars when I visit. Definitely worth checking it out.
