When we brought our concerns to management, we were promised several times in writing they would resolve the issues and clean as promised. Instead, they continually sent other teams and had many scheduling issues. Empty promises of correcting the problems time and time again. Finally, today we decided to terminate the service as the team (another new one) didn't even attempt to mop the floors, clean the kitchen counters or clean the master bathroom. Fast forward I was in the need of a new cleaning service. I contacted Orlandi's and scheduling a cleaning was super simple and easy enough to do, everything is handled via texting. One of the owners came over and we discussed my cleaning needs and since there are spaces I do not use often, how they would be addressed. Since the whole house is not in use, they were able to break down the costs to areas being regularly cleaned and add on rooms. When I've had to change schedule they've been able to accommodate my asks. They are always polite, and do a great job making sure the entire house is scrubbed down. I highly recommend them to anyone!
