On top of that, they left piles of rubble in my yard after the job. When I asked them to come back and clean it up (which should have been done in the first place), they acted like it was a burden. They invoiced for 4000 psi concrete but delivered 3500 psi concrete. Owner low bid to get the job, then complained the whole time, when I held him to his verbal agreements. Did not pack the dirt or use gravel filler for the drive way before pouring the drive. Did not stir the concrete when it was poured. only used 2 runs of rebar in the footers. Was supposed to pour 18" Wide X 14" deep footer, only poured 14" wide footer. Would not recommend, pay for a real professional company, will cost a little more but you will have a better job and less headaches down the road. I doubt that if I have any more issued that they will honor their 1 year warranty. I can send more photos to any one that is interested.
