Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I decided to purchase the uncle Joe Biden aka Sleepy Joe's mask for $34.99 honestly I wish it was cheaper but I guess it will have to do. I also purchased a Halloween trick or treat orange bucket and a bag of chocolates to use to give out to trick or treaters today. Online ordering was a snap--I got two banquet tables and 16 chairs. I signed the rental agreement and paid for the order within a few minutes of it hitting my email. I will say the rental deposit is a little steep ($50 or twice the amount of rental, so for me $100) but you get it back super fast upon returning the items. When I got to the location, only one banquet table would fit in my car, so they switched one out for a foldable table at no additional charge which was super nice. The fellas in the back garage are super quick with loading in and out of your vehicle, and didn't judge me for bringing a little sedan at all--they made it work. My party went off swimmingly and I couldn't be happier!

We showed up at 10am ready to go with the chairs! The ordering process was easy and clear cut. When we got there everyone was very helpful, positive, and kind! The price was also low, which was a big plus. The chair quality was standard black folding chairs, all we needed! The toughest part was returning because their hours are generally 8am - 12pm Monday-Saturday and they are closed on Sunday's. Working an 8-5 job M-F made retuning tough (we rented on a Saturday morning) so I had to take time off of work Friday to return the chairs. Even 8am on Friday they were all so nice! Clearly walked me through everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Even unloading 10 chairs they insisted I not bother, they would handle it! I received a receipt via text before I even pulled away. I love a bit too far away to use them regularly (I also don't have a ton of party rental needs) I would 100% recommend them!!!
