I went to the Jammin Car Wash in Lutz and had a great experience. I appreciated the prep area to debug and get the hard-to-reach spots a car wash can miss. The post car wash stations are really nice. I have never seen a car wash offer a mat cleaning station. The vacuums were good, the air spray tool worked well, and the offering of towels was a plus! I met Eric the General Manager. He was friendly and professional. I could tell he cared about the service provided. He showed me a sign about the Black Friday gift card offer. They have older, scratched equipment than others in area that are brand new. Their vacuum suctioned onto my screen and scratched it. The manager could care less, essentially called me a liar and said it is an "uncommon" issue. Beware and go to another car wash in area because if your car gets damaged, it's your fault! read more

i just want to start off saying this car wash sucks... i went through the wash and it left water marks or looks like residue over the hood of my vehicle. i tried to ask for help or to solve this problem but looks like the workers care about their phones more than actual working or helping people. Looks like there was a young man there horse playing around with a female coworker and they both showed no concern about it . just not professional AT ALL. i didn't want to ask them for anything but a refund. the wash was only $17 something dollars but its not about the money its just unprofessional for a business. read more

I love going to this car wash when I need a good deep clean. It's affordable and they also have a monthly deal where you can purchase an unlimited amount of washes. I don't need to wash my car that often but I'm glad it's an option - my brother loved that option when he worked as an Uber driver! You start but pre-washing your car and getting those hard to tackle spots (love bug spot, wheels, tree sap etc) and then you head towards the easy to use drive up kiosk and purchase your wash. They have a few options to choose from and add-ons available. There is usually someone there to assist you which is nice and makes the process a lot quicker. The car wash itself is pretty standard but my kids and I enjoy the fun lights! Car wash party heyooo! They have plenty of stalls available to use the vacuums and they provide free glass cleaner and clean towels to use. They also have a floor mat cleaner but I haven't used it yet. By far the best car wash I've ever been to...hands down. I'm in the Tampa area quite often and I always make it a point to get a wash when I'm in town. From the pay station to the shaded vacuum areas with fresh towels, my experience is a pleasant one all the time. Appreciate car washes that rinse and dry off jicy even before getting to the vacuums, which are quiet and available in two sizes and glass cleaner at each spot. Some spots had free air as well so I took care of my tires while here. Nice and dry towels (not the soggy moldy smelling ones some places have). Staff is always nice too read more

prices seem very fair for this area. The automatic wash did a pretty good job and then you can use towels to fine tune any details. Glass wash also available, very strong vacuums for floor mats, and even an air squirting device for small crevices. This is my new favorite car wash! read more

Jammin car wash After purchasing a monthly pass, I stopped in to ask if there was a reason the shaded vacuums were closed off leaving only full sun vacuums. I was immediately met with hostility and ridicule for demanding a closed spot. That wasn't what I asked. I asked if there was a reason (so that when I came back I'd pick a better time). I was told I was ridiculous by a young man. I was shocked at the hatefulness. I asked to speak to a manager. Another young man said he was the manager, and he explained that was the way they always did it. I asked if it could be changed going forward, but was told no. The first young man continued to be rude, so I asked for a refund. I have no intention of going back. Neither the manager nor the young man apologized. Very disappointing. I would love to speak to an owner. I sincerely hope they have video in the office, so they can see the appalling way they interacted with a customer. read more

Have had a membership since they opened. At some point, they hired a "Child" with long hair that could Care less how your car enters the track. All the other employees will direct you left or right to line your tires up but not this kid! We also have a Tesla and need a few seconds to put "Carwash Mode" on but this kid NEVER waits for a Thumbs up from us, Like All the Other Employees! When we Told him he needs to give is time, he said "It doesn't work anyway so don't bother." He laughed and walked away. When he continued to not bother lining the tires up, after several visits, We said something about it rubbing all the way through the carwash and he said "So. What about it?" We tried to tell him the tires are rubbing and they are over $400 Each and we don't want them Rubbing on the rails. Just be sure to Line us up correctly! He continued to laugh and with a Smart A$$ attitude said "What do you want me to do? Call the manager to look at the video footage?" and he walked to the machine and started the rollers and we weren't in Carwash mode yet! We complained to a manager and He really didn't seem to care and was just as much of a Smart A$$! We'll never go back! Took my 2020 GMC truck in to wash as I have been since they opened. Today it ripped the hood scoop off and then tore the rest of the front of hood off the truck. Now they say it was not there machine that it did what it should have done. Guess it is supposed to do 1200 dollars in damage. Stay away people. read more

I have taken both my Ford Exploere and Infiniti G35 to be cleaned there in the last two weeks. Believe it or not the Explorer received a better wash than the G35. The Explorer had severfal pollen spots and dirt in the front hood that I was able to clean with their post cleaning towels and hand spray. The I Infiniti had pollen all over tghe front of the car. The cleaning aparatus that goes from the front to the back of the car didn't even lower itself Until my front windshield. Consequently the entire frontg half of the hood was filthy with pollen. Wehn I drove back around to show the young man takjin g the orders he lietterally acted as if he didn;t see it LOL. Then he got the gentleman who I assume is the manager who was also quite visually impared. That is when I started gettting frustrated got out of the car and wrote my name in the pollen on the hood of my car. At that poing he asked If I would likke him to "touch up the spots" that the wash didn't get. I replied, "tough up, the car needds to be rewashed". He refused and instead sprashed some solution on a black rag that he then used to wipe my car with. Leaving it slighlty better than before I brought the car to my attention. He was also quite condesending while doing it. Although there are plenty of ammenities. TYhge car is never cleaned and they don't seem to care. Never going back! read more

This is the BEST car wash ever! Seriously will never go to the BayBreezes or $4 car washes (when they are really up to $29 anyways) again! I got the basic wash ($10) and it did better than the $29 ones I was paying for before! They also have FREE vacuums, the provide FREE bug wash and prep, the provide towels to dry your car off after the wash too. (The car towels not cotton ones). They have a car mat cleaner machine, cleans your car mats like no other! They also have 2 different sized vacuums, one good for bigger areas in the car and a skinnier one for in between seats. They also have a air squirter thing (idk how to explain it other than that) that pushes air to help clean vents, dust, and other small areas. Seriously BEST wash. No masks! The car wash stopped twice during my $15 better wash....I did not feel comfortable approaching someone who worked there since none of them were wearing masks! My car was not dry, since the dryers were not functioning when the green light instructed me to pull out of the wash. I planned to dry it when I vacuumed my car. Unfortunately one entire side of the vacuum area was closed off with cones, forcing all cars to one side, there were no bays available! Block off every other space on both sides and distance the cars. Social distancing people!!!! I left with a half wet and unvacummed car! $15 wasted, wont be back, this was probably my 10th trip to this business, lost a customer today. read more

This is seriously the best car wash EVER! Went for the first time today and was shocked about all the extras they have that are included with every car wash. Even a $10 car wash gets you the rest! First, there is an area to scrub hard places such as tires, or the wonderful lovebug guts with two different sized brushes. You drive up to the screen and choose your car wash, then make your way to the wash! There are even workers to help with any questions, although it was easy even for a first-timer. Then you get to the self-vaccum stalls. Dual vacuums with 2 different heads, an air sprayer to get to those nooks and crannies, clean towels, and window cleaner are all provided. The mat cleaning machines were amazing too! I was there for 2 whole hours today. Not because the equipment isn't state-of-the-art there. It's because I'm a dog sitter that never cleans my car. I left feeling so accomplished and my car is lookin' JAMMIN! The memberships are very inexpensive too. I think this will finally change my habit of cleaning my car more than once a year. I have a 2016 Nissan Maixima - which had all of the trim attached to the car when I visited 10-18-20. The car wash ripped off a piece of trim. I reported this to the Jammin Manager David Macleod.
