It's a year into our landscaping project and it's not done and John has bailed on the job. Let me say our yard was a disaster of fill to begin with. But John was not knowledgeable enough to deal with the drainage issues or plant a lawn. Nor was he able to design gardens. He should not have taken on a project to big for him. He talks nicely but he puts the job off and never shows up. We were extremely patient with all of his many excuses never once demanding of his time. As a matter of fact I was out designing, shopping and digging and planting just to move the job along. What did I pay for? Today, the lawn that John planted is 70% clover not at all as he promised. And the lawn at best is sparse not full as was expected. The erosion that occurred over the winter was not expected and he claims not his fault. Therefore we have a pile of dirt at the bottom of a bank blocking our drainage. He has the nerve to come come back and discuss work to be done from last year at no charge; then he does the over seed and he over charges and whines when we call him out. Not only does he whine but but he curses at my husband who has been nothing but patient with the lack of professionalism John Camp has demonstrated through out this job. John left feeling he was slighted. However he was over paid for a job not completed. Don't let this be you.

Walter lied about the work and what they did..no before and after...doesn't even look like work was performed....Walter didn't do one thing he agreed...he was going to make an appointment to come talk to me but just showed up...contacted company by phone and email with no response...apparently Walter is the only one to talk too and in charge. IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!!…read more Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. Several neighbors immediately commented on how nice our patio looks. We're sorry that we didn't take before and after pictures to post. Do not hesitate to give IM Landscaping & Masonry a call. They planted eight Thuja Green Giants, two Kwanzan cherry trees, two apple trees and cleared out an area on our lawn that was full of horse nettle, poison ivy and weeds. Chris asked me to check where the trees were placed on the property before they planted to make sure they were in the sections we chose. I was told that they might have to damage the fence to get the equipment that they needed inside. I had discussed that I thought they would need a skid steer. They said they would try to minimize the damage, but the gate I had was small. So they showed up with a Rototiller, which was completely not up to the task. The next day when I went to plant, I took a photo of just SOME of the rocks that I had to excavate. Sent an email and received no response but they charged me the complete amount a week later.
