After I had sent the the flooring selection they had attempted (possibly an honest oversight) to install lesser quality flooring in a completely different shade that I had sent them. Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. Communication started great until we started to just be told what we wanted to hear without any follow through. I would not recommend working with this company at all.

I carried the sofa out of the apartment a week later and found dried sewage all over the floor beneath it. The company was supposed to come take the couch and it took many days and a not-so-nice conversation with the owner to get the couch removed. I'd never dealt with something like this before and looked to them to help me know what to do...and I learned from my mistakes. Chris blamed his crew and threatened to fire his people in an angry tone on the phone with me - as if it was going to be my fault people would lose their jobs. I went away unhappy that the job was not well done and I was not treated well.
