I was pleased to see automated text messages confirmed the job and described what to expect. Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly. Ali did a walkthrough and we showed him a couple of stains. They began the service. There was a team of two, Ali and Ivan. Ali performed the stain treatment (stains came out!) and Ivan the all-over carpet cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. I will certainly hire them again.

When I picked it up, no one mentioned any issues -- but at home, I unrolled it to find a large bald spot stripped of pile. The "before" photos they eventually provided showed normal wear, nothing close to the damage it has now. Worse than the damage was the dishonesty. My refund requests were ignored, and instead they pressured me to let them "fix" it by dyeing it darker. It took him DAYS to send me the before photos. They even called from multiple numbers trying to come to my house after I refused. This experience was unprofessional and shady.
