The employees and the owner were and are always a joy to speak with. Whenever there was an issue with the residence, they would their best to do all that they could do to resolve the issue in the fastest way possible. The bad reviews about this company are appalling. In my own humble opinion, I feel as though the bad reviewers are a bit ignorant as to how a property management business works. They obviously do not know or care to know how things work in the realty business. For some reason, they are holding the realty business responsible for the owner's choice to not pay someone to resolve the issue. This company most definitely cares very much about their customers. That alone will speak greatly about their character. Here is how it works: 1) The customer makes a request to the property management company. 2) The property management company sends the request and cost of the process to the owner. 3) The owner can choose to pay to have it fixed or simply choose not to. In this case, the owner chose not to pay to fix the issue. The property management company had absolutely no power over what the owner of the residence does. I am in no way an expert in how property management works; however, a few minutes of research will give you a general idea of how all this works. She is constantly late sometimes as long as 3 plus hours, she has lied to me, lied to the people seeing the house. When she lies and gets called out, she then sends another agent to do the next showing. She is so rude and today was just the last straw with her. While on a phone call she made a remark to me that was just totally out of line and just as unprofessional as everything else she has done. Worst of all there was a probability at one time of someone having covid. Failed to tell some prospective buyers of this fact after I advised her and sent another agent instead of coming herself. More than a few times buyers would show up at these appointments without her presence. I have had decades of experience in office settings and never saw anything like this. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. I would prefer 1/4 stars because of this agent just not possible.

She really doesn't know how to talk to the people who live in her properties. To intimidate and dismiss tenents who need repairs in the homes she rents to them displays a serious lack of character. On more than 3 occassions that I know of myself, when presented with a problem in a home her first response is "why don't you just leave". Um....NOT ok Robin!! Borders on illegal in California.....Save yourself the aggravation and rent from someone else!!
