Where to start with this review, it's awful!…read more Let's start with appointments. Made an appointment received 4 email confirmations. When we arrived we were told "this office doesn't treat without a referral" We were told they had called for one, and they then said they called twice while I waited in the waiting room, got an answering machine and they left a message. Huh, so I dialed the same number and spoke to my doctors office manager, on the second ring, and referral all set, handed them my phone so they could get the confirmation. Maybe that's my doctor's bad, so okay. While I waited I could see into the office area via the glass window. I was surprised how clearly these people hated their jobs, hated the patients, eye rolls, nasty negative behavior, and not to me, I watched as an elderly woman said she was being taken 40 minutes after her scheduled appointment-not an apology that I witnessed. And dirty! Dirty string wallpaper that must have been hung in the 1970, outlines on the wall of where once furniture stood. ....and all of this comes from the top down, when I went in to the office of the doctor, she was the nastiest woman. My husband and I laughed about it for the remainder of the afternoon, because it was comical how bad this place was and how rude the doctor was. She is getting her own yelp review. It wasn't my doctor's first choice, but I chose it for the location.

The Falmouth office is gross. The smell of mold hits you when you first step in. The doctor barely listened to what i explained to her. When all was said & done, we ended up having to pay for a visit that should have been completely covered because of an error THEY made.

Took my client for cataract surgery today & the wait room for the ppl needing surgery was standing…read morerm only! Very small area & def not enough chairs! I stood while my client naturally sat. Intake at desk was pleasant enough & done in timely manner. But once you're in there, your time means little to them. I was told it would be about 2 1/4 hrs, which gave me time to get to my clients spouse to be of use there. Things went south from there, as I rushed to get back by the 2 1/4 mark, despite not getting a call. It was about a 40 min drive, so the 15 min ahead of time call, would not have helped someone that far away. I get back there after my rush, only to be told she's not ready & they'll call. I waited a while, back to the desk & asked if I had time to go to get coffee. No prob. Gone around 1/2 hr. Told again she's fine, just not ready yet. It's now well over the 2 1/4 hrs I was told it would be. By the time she was finally out, it was 4 hrs 40 min! HELLO? I was told, it's surgery....nothing is guaranteed to be on schedule. Even my client felt rushed to get out, once she was in recovery. We both had questions, but were told there was a sheet we could read on the post op at home. The nurse just kept moving her OUT. She said it was like a cattle ranch w/all the commotion & being rushed away & out, once they were done w/her. So, it's OK for them to tie you up all day long & have you miss another appt, b/c you were under the impression you'd be out in plenty of time...But it's not OK for you to question anything. Follow up is tomorrow. Supposed to be a quicky in another office location for the Dr. I'm not counting on anything quick, or timely w/them. Oh, they have a sign warning ppl not to verbally abuse their staff in any way...It will be a costly mistake. Apparently they've had unhappy patients who voiced their displeasure in the past. If the follow up is anything like this colossal time guzzler today, I'll be back. ;)
