Upon arrival they were a little disorganized with the appointments, but accommodated me for my appointment time. Cindy was fantastic. Clearly a masseuse- best foot massage during the pedicure. So good I did an additional shoulder massage. Pedicure was clean and done well. Very reasonable prices. Great location on Montana. I'll be back!

Got a gift card, so returned and tried full body massage. Big man-kept putting all his weight on my little back, elbows directly on my spine. I couldn't breathe. The whole massage was so painful. I don't know why I let it continue. I guess I was trying to be tough. I should've tapped out. For the remaining credit, I went back for nails. I showed her the gift card. She looked at it and she said I could pay the difference. Okay. The actual service went okay except for the minimal effort, and no results, on callous removal-an up-charge service. But then.... I hand her the gift card to pay and she hands it back to me and says sorry, that's only for massage. Says right on the card Massage, Nails etc. And I presented it prior to service. Unbelievable. Charges me full price and asks me to Venmo her directly. Hmm. I am not going back.

I was recently there for a 2 hour massage and fell asleep rather than wake me to turn over she waited for me to wake up. I am still "floating" a week later. Grace is wonderful!

January 20, 2020…read more I have been consulting with Grace Bruno, Certified Massage Therapist for 5 years now. I sought out a specialist in lymphatic massage due to a long-standing unilateral edema stemming from a childhood injury. My left leg was re-injured in my 30's, necessitating a venogram evaluation that revealed damage to a venous valve in my left side. Regular weekly lymphatic massages were indicated, to prevent the development of chronic stasis with damage to the leg, and a risk of thrombophlebitis. As a doctor, I knew well that these things would need to be addressed. A previous course of lymphatic treatment needed to be re-instituted and I was fortunate to find Ms. Bruno. Grace is highly trained, and educated in massage techniques. She is skilled in Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral, Swedish, Shiatsu and Deep Tissue massage. The first two require highly sub-specialized training and can be difficult to find if you need that treatment. Grace is a practitioner who is technically skilled and intuitive. She has enormous kindness as well as integrity. She is a good choice for anyone who suffers from chronic back pain, any kind of arthritis, recovery from surgery and it's complications, and other conditions. All of these cause stress and are exacerbated by it. Her training and early practice involved an in-patient medical setting. Her experience with illness and recovery sets her apart from most massage therapists. Furthermore, as a person, she is indefatigable in her quest for knowledge and excited by pushing the boundaries of her competence, to understand as much as she can about each person she treats. I couldn't recommend Grace BRUNO more highly for all of these reasons, and have referred patients of mine to her with excellent results. M. I think their 1hr massage is worth $100 all-in (massage skills here are good), but the weird games around tipping just make the experience kinda unpleasant. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and think they do it this way to minimize taxes for the practitioner. In a better world we'd just pay a flat rate with tip included.

I've been going here for years, as it's convenient, inexpensive, and the massages are great. Even…read moreas the prices increased, I still felt it was worth it. But I went yesterday for a 90 minute massage ($93). Before I went, they called me to tell me that a $35 minimum tip was required. And that last time I only tipped $25. First of all, why are they recording our tip amount? Does the value of service depend on what we tipped previously? Secondly, a $35 minimum tip on a $93 massage is outrageous. Then when I was in the massage room, the sign states that $40 minimum tip is expected for a 90 minute massage. That's insane. That's almost 50%. For massages, a 20% tip is normal and 25% is for great service. Almost 50% is beyond ridiculous. There are no frills or extras here. So the majority of the cost should be going to the masseuse, right? So why are they asking, no, requiring so much for a tip?!! Also, as the customer, don't I get to choose how much I feel is earned based on the service each time?! I know cost of living has increased but then maybe their salaries need to increase. Not demand an outrageously high minimum tip. If this is how this business will continue to operate, I will not be returning. Which is unfortunate since I've loved this place for years.
