We experienced the same problems at all three: extremely long wait times, overworked and busy staff, medications we used every month were not in stock, etc. A friend suggested we look for a smaller independent pharmacy, and we found Express Rx. It is such a different experience filling prescriptions here! They have a drive-thru which is so convenient; or you can wait in the store if you prefer. Prescriptions are ready shorty after dropping them off, and they make sure to have the medications we use each month in stock. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and have time to provide real customer service. They are experts at dealing with doctors' offices and insurance companies, and have resolved many issues for us. I honestly can't think of any areas in which they could improve. Filling prescriptions is no longer a horrific ordeal; it's just an ordinary errand as it should be.

I talked with a Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer and they all helped me get my shot. Move from Cvs here in Bartlesville to the Walmart Pharmacy and they were very helpful and was able to get it transferred and called insurance and everything and I was able to pick it up within an hour. Thank God they had one in stock because I'm going a week behind my shot because Cvs can't keep it in stock and these three Walmart Pharmacy ladies were very helpful, sweet, and did everything they could to help me, and was very sympathetic and helping me & was fantastic and helping me get my Much-needed monthly migraines shot . I cant thank you 3 three ladies at the Bartlesville Walmart Pharmacy enough for what yall did for me today for getting my migraine shot. Thank you, Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer.

But what got my goat was the healthy Walmart employee I saw park in the handicap space closest to the door, look me right in the eye and speed walk right into the store. As I was checking out I saw the same employee in the self checkout area eyeing customers. The experience with the employee bothered me so much I'm writing this negative review. You might say let it go but I could have benefits using that space. I'm recovering from a stroke and I'm using a walking stick to manage my balance as I walk. I couldn't have parked there, no placard so no big deal you say. I say it is a big deal. Walmart should want their employees to show a higher standard as they represent Walmart. This employer has as placard displayed in the windshield no no law is broken but there was not a disabled person exciting the car and this Walmart employee just wanted a close parking spot. I'm disappointed that although no law was broken Walmart doesn't have a policy regarding able bodied employees using handicap parking simply to be closer to the door.

She calls the manager over who then proceeds to make up a bullshit lie on the fly about how those services just aren't open and I need to come back at 7:00 when the entire time i've been listening that she's been trying to deal with some type of cash issue " something to do with Big Bertha" in the back and it's very clear she just doesn't have time to deal with me. I remark "man, it's kind of funny how you guys love to make up bullshit like this on the fly huh as I walk out and I can hear the manager mocking me behind my back. So I decided to go to front desk and ask to file a formal complaint. She then tells me she's the manager on duty and keeps doubling down on her bs. I tell her to f off and walk out and leave my cart on side of service desk and as I walk out she tells me I'm banned. Man I fucking hate this store.
