That timeline was not met, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I reached out on May 7, 2025, and was assured the order was in transit. That turned out to be untrue. On June 2, after following up again, I was told the item was just being shipped to the receiving warehouse but they were "still within their 6-8 week timeframe". Then on June 6, I was informed there were issues with the delivery company and that the order was essentially lost, but no further updates were ever provided--despite promises that they would be. After contacting the delivery company directly, they confirmed they never received the item as of June 10, 2025, and that the claims about delays on their end were inaccurate. At no point was I offered the option to cancel, nor was I asked if I still wanted the item after the significant delay. There was no apology, no explanation, and no offer of a discount or resolution. Deliveright did not receive the order until after the 10 week mark. I eventually filed a chargeback and submitted full documentation to my credit card company, including all emails, chats, and call records. I also cited the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines, which state that sellers must either ship within the promised timeframe or get the buyer's consent to delay--neither of which happened. Looking at other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone. I hope this feedback helps improve the company's customer service practices and serves as a warning to others considering placing an order.

I am a type-A driven, very picky, and often anxious guy who expects people to perform at a very high level (at/or approaching excellence). When they underperform, I'm not afraid to let them and their companies know that my expectations have not been met. Here is a list of things about Brianna that were great: 1. She is punctual. 2. She quickly returns e-mails and phone calls. 3. She is a great resource person and has knowledge of where to refer you for answers if she doesn't have them. 4. She is great at forming relationships with sellers and buyers, and everyone else intricate to the process such as lenders and title officers, to ensure that her client's needs are met. 5. She has a background in interior design, so she can tell you the potential of any space. 6. She is organized, detail oriented, and thorough, and is great at helping things to happen in a fast and chaos free way. MOST IMPORTANTLY: 7. She is not pushy at the risk of getting you into a place that you are not happy with in order to make a quick sale. My search for a home lasted approximately six months. Janele stratton helped to design both my and my brother's bedrooms and she did a FANTASTIC job. Both were individually themed with beautiful color combos, and custom features she designed (a reading nook and a built in bed set respectively) and I couldn't be more happy with the result. She ensures my condo is always immaculately clean and ready for incoming guests, plus she's available to them 24/7, so if any problem does happen during their stay, she comes over and takes care of it immediately. This gives me great peace of mind. She's also happy to answer questions and give recommendations. All my guests love her! In addition, she does weekly interior and exterior inspections to find and fix anything that needs it before it becomes a bigger issue. She also does seasonal clean-ups as well as Costco runs for household supplies and new towels and sheets when needed. She has completed countless handywoman jobs for me over the years, including fixing items that are broken as well as making upgrades to my condo (for example, she installed new toilets, new fans, and a Nest thermostat, hung TVs on the walls, dealt with Comcast issues, repaired and installed faucets and showerheads, got rid of wasp nests under the deck, and so much more).
