I have gone at different times of day. I sometimes make an appointment, but usually I just walk in. I will continue to go there. I enjoy the service I receive and the ladies know me by name and when my birthday is. We have lovely conversations while I am receiving my service. I've been coming to this location for years and have accumulated enough points for at least two free manicure/pedicure services. I will not be returning to use them. Over the years, I've found the staff consistently unfriendly and the quality of service subpar. On multiple occasions, I've had to ask for basic parts of the service to be completed, such as having my cuticles properly pushed back. When I made these requests, I was sometimes met with an uncomfortable prolonged stare before the request was carried out in a noticeably aggressive manner. Despite being a long-term customer, I rarely left feeling that I received exactly what I asked for. I continued returning largely because I had accumulated points through their rewards program, but I've reached the point where even free services are not worth the experience. What has been particularly upsetting is the difference I've observed in how I was treated compared with other customers. For example, I watched staff warmly wish other clients "Merry Christmas" or "Happy New Year." When I offered the same greeting, I received responses such as, "Yeah, OK." They had attempted to overcharge me, and I have a habit of parking right in front of the door for easy access into the salon and when I would challenge them on the price showing them that it's not what's listed on their website and that I had respected the boundaries of the service They would look at the car that I was driving then look me up and down multiple times and in a very passive aggressive manner say "OK fine for you cheap". As a Black customer, after years of experiences like these, I came away feeling that I was treated differently and received a lower standard of service. I cannot speak to anyone else's experience, but I personally would not recommend this salon to other Black customers based on how I was treated. It is unfortunate because I remained a customer for years and gave this location many opportunities to provide a better experience. I won't be returning.

Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange.
