My massage therapist was Kimmy, she is a smaller set woman but, don't let that fool you...She is so strong! (and she told me that the pressure she gave with my massage was medium-hard). She concentrated on my lower back as I had mentioned to her that I had lower back pain in the past and it had only eased up a little when I got a new pillow. She also worked on my other muscles just as hard, which was great! I love that this clinic offers a discount to members who sign up for their prepay plan option. I did not feel pressured into signing up for this plan at all. Alison gave me all the details of the plan and assured me that there is no term, no contract and no fees for cancellation. She gave me a brochure with all the details and pricing to take home so i could take my time to make a decision on whether i want to sign up or not. That put me at ease as it didn't make me feel like I was being roped into something that'll end up costing me an arm and a leg in the long run.
