I guess we got lucky. The ems people came in and talked to us, told us what to excpect and asked if we had any extra things they could do for us. They even helped us get my dad up stairs, like ALL THE WAY up stairs. They didnt have to, but they did. The only bad thing is that they're ambulance seemed sort of old, but is was really clean.
