Didnt get vehicle we were sold when it arrived it was too close to the wedding ceremony to complain and have to wait for what we paid for (paid for decked out no crammed party van and got a beat up sprinter with bench seats) Headliner leaked water from AC onto our wedding clothes Antonio the owner/dispatcher person (I would NOT call him a customer service person AT ALL) told us that it was too bad and we should have said something when it arrived (we had just enough time to get to ceremony) When I told him that we were turning around to get the license the bride had forgotten in the room he said that it would be $100 more to do so! WHen I objected and told him about the bait and switch on the vehicle which we paid for up front he said "That is to bad, you should have said something when the driver pulled up!" HOW ABOUT YOU SENDING US WHAT YOU SOLD US FOR $240!! Our friend's wedding used this service from our hotel. We were supposed to be picked up at 3 but I watched the shuttle along with many other wedding guests leave at 2:55. We had to call friends on the shuttle to convince the driver to turn around and pick up the remaining guests. They were told there would be about 20 people but they left with probably 7 people on the bus. Once we actually got on the party bus the driver didn't bat an eye or apologize for leaving early. There was absolutely no air conditioning on and it was like Dante's inferno and the driver totally ignored our cries. It was middle of summer and it was a sauna. Once we finally left the shuttle covered in sweat at the wedding venue almost 45 minutes before the wedding started it felt totally cool outside even though it was 90 degrees. Miserable experience and the driver did not care at all, would not recommend unless you want to torture your guests and make sure half of them won't even end up at the wedding. Update: the social media rep for this company wanted to verify that the bus left at 2:59, not 2:55. The bus was not parked in the hotel pull-up but was on the street. There were other shuttles in the pull-up area, so once we figured out that the bus was waiting on the street, it had already left. Also, the company gave the driver permission to leave at 2:59, which seems a little ridiculous to me. We arrived at the venue so early that the venue was still setting up. He could have waiting 5 extra minutes to make sure he wasn't missing people. This doesn't seem like rocket science to me. Additionally, I need to clarify that we were told there would be 20 people on the bus and there were not, there were less than 10 when he finally came back to pick us up. I'm clarifying that there obviously were not right number of people on the bus before he left early and there were at least 4 people behind. Others could have been left but we happened to run into another couple in the same confused state we were in. She also sent a long drawn out explanation of why the air conditioning was broken. But in my opinion, you should not put guests in the hot of summer into a bus with no air conditioning. It's extremely dangerous. I'm not sure if a message sent to negative yelp reviewers like this has ever worked in the past to fix your bad reviews, but there are a bunch of positive reviews on this page with sketchy profiles. This business does not seem to have great ethics in my humble opinion. read more

Charleston Style Limo was a great service for our daughters wedding. The driver showed up on time and waited for the girls to finish getting ready (15 mins, maybe). Then waited until a rider company to show up so we (parents of bride) appeared. When our ride did not show (we waited 5 mins or so) he was more than accommodating to take us along too. The 2nd car we hired we asked for a smaller car just for bride and groom and he driver took good care of the bride and groom. I was very pleased with the service. read more

I made advance reservations for round trip transfers between Charleston Airport and the Grand Bohemian Hotel downtown. Our flight to Charleston was delayed by about an hour but the car was there and waiting when we arrived - our driver had been monitoring the flight, knew we would be late, and made accommodations. On the trip back to the airport, the driver arrived on time (actually a little early) and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Both drivers were very courteous and helpful, and the cars were clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. read more

This so called "company" provided the worst service and professionalism of any company I have ever come across. We used their service to take a day trip to the Edisto River and back with an agreed upon price of $490 (which is already extremely over priced). On the way to the destination the driver got lost for 2 hours, which in turn shortened our experience on the Edisto, but we got over this, mistakes happen. Once we got back on the bus at the originally agreed upon time we began driving back and the driver pulls over. He tells us that we have to pay $200 extra dollars if we want a ride back because of the extra time spent on the ride there. We obviously were not about to pay this because it was their fault in the first place that they got lost. We tried to reason with the manager of the company but he would not communicate with us and simply said $200 more dollars. Eventually as he tried to extort us for more money and we would not pay he began cussing us out, and eventually had the driver leave us at a random gas station. Now with girls in bathing suites and no one having a working phone we had to rely on the gas station clerk to call a different taxi company. We then called our credit card company to realize the manager was trying to process $590, not even the original $490 which should have included the ride home. The absolute worst business from a service company possible, I wouldn't dare use this company for anything and recommend that everyone stay far away. read more

We hired this service to transport the groom and groomsmen for our wedding. I spent a lot of time communicating with them leading up to our wedding day to make sure there were no glitches. I gave them my fiancés phone number so they could contact him directly if anything came up on the day of. Well, they were 40 minutes late, never called and were then rude to the group when they were picked up. The groom barely made it on time to his own wedding! When I called them a couple days later to complain, and ask why we were never contacted to say they were running late, I got no answers. All they would do was refund the tip I had prepaid for the driver. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible attitude--terrible service. read more

They responded To every email promptly and they have the best prices in town (I called all of the transportation companies in Charleston) BY FAR!! Charleston Style Limo is the WORST limo service ever! We've had an appointment set up for months, even as of yesterday I was making sure all the details were set and when the van-shuttle-limo-bus-thingy came up it was a COMPLETELY different vehicle with a COMPLETELY different driver (despite them knowing we were going on base) who was beyond rude to all of us: smart-mouthing everyone and when I called him to make sure he was coming (he was late picking us up from prom) he kept repeating "hello" overtop of me again and again and then he left his "water" in the back which OF COURSE spilled all over me and THEN we find out he's not even from the same company, Charleston Style Limo sub-contracted out our limo to A Fe Fi Limo Service without telling us. The van was SHORT seats so we had to fake having seatbelts as we came on base because it's ILLEGAL to do so (EIGHT people to a SIX person van) and his left tail light was out (which he KNEW and hadn't fixed) and was making right turns in left turn only lanes and horrible driving overall. I would NEVER recommend Charleston Style Limo OR A Fe Fi Limo Service based on their complete lack of professionalism. On a later note: CSL's van broke down on the way to pickup, so they were scrambling at the last second to find someone with military clearance. They had never worked with this David guy from A Fe Fi Limo Service but were told (by him) that the van had TEN seats. Even when CSL called he didn't answer AND he demanded $20 from each parent as a 'drop-off' fee. So I give credit to Charleston Style Limo for trying to make things right. read more

Charleston Style Limo has been nothing but the best when it comes to transportation and customer service. I have used their services on several(15) occasions in the past 2 years. They transport kids and my staff on various field trips all over Charleston and surrounding areas. They are in constant communication with me from start to finish the drivers have been very friendly. I truly believe, that if they for any reason did not perform or made a mistake, they would handle things appropriately.
