There's a variety of activities from band, Girl Scouts, basketball, etc. Have fond memories of field day at the end of the school year and taking Dairy Queen trips with my class. On the other hand, the bullying problem at this school had become increasingly worse to the point of transferring with one year left to go (a few others had done the same) and an administrative staff that wanted nothing to do with fixing the problem. Small, cliquish. Even the church itself is this way. My grandpa was a deacon here and after he passed away, the other parishioners were so judgmental towards my grandma that she no longer felt welcome here. My parents got married on this church as did my aunts, and I was baptized here. But, we no longer attend mass here. I visited some of the teachers after several years of being away and they were all so encouraging and it was a completely different environment from what I remember. There are several kids from my class that I still keep in touch with, but merely as acquaintances
