In January, we started looking for a good Real Estate agent to sell our townhouse in Sun Lakes, AZ…read more By reading reviews, and talking to people and the agents, themselves, we chose Suzy and Ben at the Redeemed Team in Sun Lakes. It was the best decision we could have made. They had done their homework and presented us with a realistic sales plan for our home. Whenever we had a question, they responded either by email, text or phone call immediately. There was never any waiting. Their experience and knowledge led to the sale of our home quickly in a market that was stalling at a price that was very good. The people that they recommended to us for a garage sale, cleaning, and handyman work were outstanding. Things could not have been smoother, and we would like to recommend the two of them to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home in the area.

Allyn is very unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. He is unethical and uses a lot of "threatening"…read moretactics and belittling language in his negotiations. He represented the sellers that we bought from, and based on the home, we got the vibes that the sellers were good people who loved Jesus as much as we do, but boy did he make them seem like crap people. He had let us know that the sellers were going to break contract the day before closing because we arrived to the walkthrough with the yard unkept and dog feces throughout the backyard. It wasn't a huge deal to us, but a cure notice was filed and he sent our realtor an anger filled message saying that the sellers are backing out, said that it isn't his responsibility to fix his clients mistakes, just to turn out the next day and send funds from his commission to settle the cure notice. All through negations, he was a complete jerk to our realtor and I can only assume it's because she's a woman. I doubt he would ever treat to a man the way he treated her! If you're a nice family, I would not recommend him to represent you, because he will make you seem like angry rude people. Oh, we also found out that the sellers were closing on a house out of state the same day we were closing... so, I doubt his threats came from the sellers and were all his own doings. Negotiations are negotiations and no one was forced to agree to anything, but he repeatedly brought up "how much" the sellers were "giving" us. They could have walked away at any point during the inspection period and didn't. So, again... were these the sellers complaining or his own words? Who knows. I wish we could have spoken with the sellers directly because this whole process had such a nasty taste to it because of his attitude and behavior. We almost didn't want to go through with the deal strictly because of him. If our other home was not sold already, we would have just let the deal fall through after how he treated our realtor just to prove a point and allow him to look like like the crappy person to his brokers that he was presenting to us. - Well we just found a leak under one of the bathroom sinks and the bottom of the cabinet was covered with sticky paper to hide a pretty bad previous leak that was not in the disclosure. So, maybe this was the perfect match! Just shady. Also, makes sense why he didn't want to update the disclosure when a friend saw a maintenance vehicle in front of the house AFTER the inspection report was released and they said the issue was "user error" and not an actual issue. My realtor had to press him to update the disclosure smh!

Definitely a mistake to do business with. Very unethical and arrogant all together. Not a real…read moreestate agent I would ever attempt to do business with again nor would I recommend to anyone who asks me.
