This is such a pretty place I love their decor. The owner is a complete sweetheart and very welcoming upon arrival. I had a Groupon deal for gel manicure and regular pedicure, which required an appointment. The process of scheduling an appointment was hassle free and I luckily got the time and date that worked the best for me. There's plenty of free parking available within the shopping plaza. Upon arrival to the salon I was immediately assisted by Greata. She did my nails and I really liked it how she was wearing scrubs, gloves, and a face mask absolutely trying to prevent any form of bacterial contamination. The place is clean and decor is pretty. Everything seems to be good in regards to their service, color selection, cleanliness, and prices. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they said minimum of $10 tip for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Tips are obviously based on your experience and should be given accordingly. I actually don't like when any business tells me how much I should tip as thats my decision for sure. I usually tip 15-20% of the actual amount based on my experience only. But otherwise overall this place is good with or without Groupon. Surely be back! read more

I came here for the first time because of Groupon. I bought the Mani pedi deal and I really enjoyed my experience and how my nails came out so I bought another Groupon. I've gotten the same lady the two times I've come here. She doesn't speak a lot of English but I dont really have a lot of questions to ask. She asked simple questions like if I want my nails round or square, is the water too hot and similar questions. I kind of like it when the women doing my nails don't really talk to me. She spent almost two hours on my nails, which is a very long time but she did an amazing job. She took very good care of my feet, especially since my toes are pretty dry from wearing sandals all the time. The place is very nice and clean. There are four massage chairs for pedicures and four chairs for manicures. The front is where people go to get their hair done while the nail section is towards the back. I really enjoy coming here, even if it's a 30 minute walk from my apartment. I would recommend people to come here. read more

I had asked for a deep eggplant and she quoted me $500 I agreed believing I would get the product I wanted. She bleached my hair for 5hours straight plus out it under heat multiple times. This caused all of my hair to break off which she later blamed on my previous hair dying experience from over 4 years prior ( I had not dyed my hair since my pregnancy) and had been only brown/keratin/gloss since then. Came here with a Groupon deal for a gel manicure and pedicure. I made a reservation 30 mins before the reservation time, walked in and immediately got directed by the technician. The nail technician was great, she took her time to pain my nails, cut cuticles and the whole shebang which I appreciated. As I look around I saw that they had a paper stating that they required a minimum of $10 for gel manicures + pedicure. My first thought was damn. My second thought was why didn't anyone tell me. Then my third thought was that she was worth tipping with all the work and patience she put into doing my nails. So as I walked out of the store, I gave her $10. Then got called back saying that I didn't pay for the design she did on my ring finger . I was caught by surprised because I was unaware of the pricing. When she was doing my pedicure I asked her if they charged extra for designs or different colors for the ring finger bc I have been to one that didn't. So when I was leaving and the owner of the store had to step in to tell me designs aren't free. I was confused. Although I know it makes sense that they charge for designs , I should've been told the price and everything before it was done. Anyways. I still gave this place a 4/5 bc AT LEAST the owner of the store was fair. She asked the nail technician who did my nails "did you tell her it wasn't free &&&& told her the price ?" At this point I felt bad for the nail technician bc I think it was an honest mistake on her part. She wasn't the best at English so she prob tried to minimize conversations with me through out, and assumed I would've known. But it was $3/finger for the design I got. read more

I got a Groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure. The facility was very clean and located in a good spot. The mani and pedi were very good and I enjoyed the service I was given. The only reason I gave this three stars is because I had to make an appointment well in advance and when I made an appointment for 12, I assumed that when I arrived, I would be taken care of right away. However, I arrived five minutes late (due to busses) and I wasn't seen until 12:40. That is crazy considering I had a set appointment time. The deals they have (other than Groupon) are very good and I would recommend this place again, but I would plan on being there for a while before your appointment. read more

I got a Groupon for a gel mani and pedi. I called ahead of time to set an appointment. The receptionist informed me that there would be a "penalty" if I happen to not show up for the appointment and would just have to pay the difference of the groupon and that rescheduling/cancelations should made 24 hours in advance, which was fine by me. They called a day before my appointment as a reminder which I liked. The place is easy to find and is located in a little open mall type area. Lots of parking and a couple other stores near by. When I entered the place looked very clean and the decorations were great. I came in early and only had to wait a few minutes to get started. The nails are done in the back of the salon, feels a little separated which is nice and relaxing and again very clean and decorated nicely. There were two ladies doing my friend's and my nails. Everything looked good to me and the massage chairs were great too! The whole thing took about an hour and 20 ish minutes, completely normal when doing nails. In the middle of the process, a lady came in and offered a signup sheet for promotions and deals as well as a Pamphlet with their other services. I liked the idea of the promotions and signed up since the place is so nice. This is a week after doing my nails and they still look good. My wife went here earlier today to get her eyebrows waxed. 9 hours later, her face still looked like this. They burnt her, leaving nasty, painful marks that are still quite visible. The staff didn't acknowledge their mistake and when she brought to their attention how burnt her face was their response was to tell her she must have sensitive skin and she should have told them beforehand. I came here with a groupon for a manicure pedicure. I told the lady to cut my nails short but I didn't mean all the way till the skin is exposed. She cut them very very short and then filed down more until my skin was hurting. I said ouch a few times. One of the nails the skin is exposed as she cut a piece till the nail bed shows and kept filing my skin. It was painful when she cleaned The cuticles and when she put nail polish on exposed nail bed of the nail she cut too deep. I did not come to get my nails and skin abused. This was the most unpleasant manicure of my life and I will never be coming back here. I will stick to Blossom or Perfect nail a few blocks away. Pedicure wasn't much better. It hurt also. read more

I wear my hair natural (kinky/curly) and went in to get it straightened to try different styles for my upcoming wedding. Janete and her team did an excellent job listening to what I needed and with getting my hair straight and smooth in a safe manner (no heat damage). I felt comfortable and pampered the whole time. I get my nails done here. The first time I went to Greta, it was the BEST looking manicure I'd ever had. SO clean. It changed the way my hands looked completely! The second, not the same attention to detail or beautiful work/care for the outcome. I also wish she'd would be welcoming like the rest of the staff is, even just a smile because she's the only nail artist there and I like to leave big tips to reinforce good work. I'll start of by saying everyone there is sweet and professional and the place is clean with really nice decor. This review is only for the eyelash service. I've been doing my lashes for a couple of years now with breaks in between to let them grow and be healthy. I purchased a Groupon since the place had overall good reviews. I knew I was taking a chance but had purchased Groupon for lashes else where before. Overall I'm not sure how much experience the technician had as I did take a long time so I appreciate the effort. The lashes feel cheap and plastic and I cannot even comb through them with my eyelash brush because I feel they are stuck together. I'm not 100% sure if they are mink. Extremely disappointed when I got home. I was supposed to get them removed but it's honestly not close and I think I'd be more frustrated sitting in traffic. Got a gel manicure on a Thursday and it was completely chipped by Sunday evening and took it off very easily within minutes.

She will talk your ear off and is sooooo over priced considering the area. Coming from Manhattan I understand how expensive the creme de la crop of hair salons can get. However the service you receive at those salons is impeccable. I spent 5 hours there and never got offered a drink it was after 4 hours they passed around munchkin donuts. She took me in,gave me a trial and fit me in early on the morning of my wedding. I got soooo many compliments and I was totally thrilled with the way my hair came out. I really don't think these people know what they are doing. Few months ago I had my hair cut and dyed and blown out here. I complained about a service that was performed awful, so bad that I had to go to another salon to correct. My hair was cut as totally uneven, the back of my hair they cheaped out dye and there were spots of gray hair, the blow out I wanted large curls on the bottom but since she didn't know how to use the flat iron you saw the form of the flat iron along with parts of my hair she burned. I left smelling like burned hair. The older woman with blonde hair manager tried to convince me that it was a good job.... I'm telling her that I'm not happy but instead she said there is nothing she can do and I paid the full price. I should have fought that, I'm an idiot for paying. I had to go to another salon and they did so much damage to my hair that to be cut a few inches. This place is awful. Can't believe anyone goes there. read more
