I have no idea what herbs and flavors she matches and infuses into her soups, but the flavor goes beyond anything you've had in your lifetime. Today, I tried her shrimp and corn chowder soup. I almost didn't order it, as I've had it elsewhere. I'm yet shaking my head, as I cannot fathom how she gets the flavors she does. Enough. Were I a doctor, I'd be writing you a prescription for her soups and pot pies. This is the perfect time of year for that, and her prices given the volume delivered, are excellent. I paid about $13-17 for an entire quart of soup. Consider a restaurant gets from $6 to $8 dollars for a cup, Mia's soups are not only a bargain, but they are also a meal unto themselves. Buy her chicken pot pie and a few of her soups. You've not had anything as flavorful. I once wrote of Mia her stars begin where Michelin stars leave off.
