Was a beautiful 64° clear day, perfect for a motorcycle ride. The group rode to Janette's which was found on Facebook. Everyone raved about it so it was the lunch ride destination. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We almost drove past it even though the GPS said we arrived. It did not look like a restaurant, but one indicator that there was good food here, was all the commercial trucks in the tight dirt lot[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was seating inside for about 16. There were also a few tables outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They apologized for the wait, there were about 20 order tickets waiting along the grill. Apparently they do alot of pick up orders as well. Super burgers is in the name, so a burger was what I was going for. I ordered the regular bacon cheese burger with the works w/ fries. There was a double burger as well and I am glad I didn't order that. My regular burger was huge. Easily a half pound+. It was cooked perfectly despite the super busy kitchen. It was a pretty long wait to get it but was worth it. The fries were crispy and not greasy. I have found that the little hole in the wall local joints usually have the best food. Was in the area and decided to stop for a burger and fries. The reviews had me curious It was not crowded. In fact I was the only one there but clearly they were busy filling phone orders because it took 15 min for my food. The burger was juicy, fries were good. BUT, I did not feel welcomed upon entry or when I was give. My food. No warm smile or hello or thank you when leaving. I was able to see some of the food prep and was not thrilled with what I saw. If you order the double burger, be prepared to eat it for two days. It is an absolute deal. Its a little in the middle of nowhere but its worth the trek. Let me start by saying I've wanted to come here for a while now because I've always heard it. So good. Well finally made it today and let me tell you I wish I came sooner. This place is off the beaten path and you can tell it's been there for a while and for good reason. It's pretty damn good. The lady at the front was very pleasant when taking her order and serving our food. The service is top notch. It's not like being at a restaurant at all. It's like you're at the family dinner table. My wife had a cheeseburger and I went because I was hungry and had a double with bacon and what it was so massive but I did finish it. They start with making homemade patties, not your frozen ones from Costco or a restaurant store. These are real patties hand formed which makes these burgers extra special. You can actually taste the freshness and the the flavor that you can't just get at any restaurant. Absolutely outstanding. We got it with fries and they throw in two onion rings. Great hamburger meat. Probably some of the best anywhere. Call your order in as it is cooked fresh, so it takes time to prepare. Then drop by and pick it up. Good buns, lettuce, tomato, and onions ( if u like). Fries and onion rings are ok, just not on par with some others I have had. Salads are good too. This is a small mom and pop type of grill.
