After 10 years being a loyal customer, I should say that no one can be more offensive to their clients than this insurance company. Diane has never been respectful to us as a loyal company with multiple accounts. Being super offensive over the phone is her attitude whenever she picks up the phone. When I asked what is the reason to be so offensive towards me, she mentioned that she has family issues! Not a professional attitude! Moreover our new company requested a quote to purchase a new commercial property while we were in escrow. We called their office multiple times and sent emails to follow up on the requested quote but there was no answer. Diane replied to our email after 2 weeks when it was too late. We had to get the required insurance from a different insurance company to close our escrow. The other insurance company provided the quote in less than an hour. Steve responded quickly to my request as I was not going to reapply for insurance which was soon expiring with another company. We went into Steve's ofc and Evelyn and Diane were very pleasant. Evelyn took time to ensure all of our needs were met and even became our mouthpiece with our previous insurance company. She cont'd. to communicate on our behalf during our cancellation with our previous insurance company and insured all paperwork was proper before we signed them. Today I met "Mike" who answered my phone call and in the absence of Evelyn and Diane, quickly responded to my needs and sent the proper paperwork to my mortgage company proving we had Hazard Insurance and did not require our mortgage company to purchase Hazard Insurance and bill us for it. After a phone call with Diane, she sent me an email that it made it clear she hadn't been listening to me and didn't grasp that I was calling for an auto insurance quote.
