I called, almost in tears because I was so overwhelmed with an infant and preschool boy (my choice to have kids, I get it), and I had been looking at online infant clothes and was getting so frustrated because I could not tell the weight of anything (it's January so I needed warm). I was chasing my tail looking at online stuff. I called and spoke with Lindsay who was so sweet and helpful. Even with it being a holiday weekend she went above and beyond to make sure I got my package right away and included a supportive note. Way to go above and beyond!

She got to know who I was shopping for, what she likes, her style and needs, etc. She showed me all sections of the store, made personalized suggestions and even went in the back to grab a few books that weren't on display that ended up being just perfect for ny friend and her coming baby.
