I met these two when I Was 13yrs old. They had the absolute best tie dye at the lake and it was then and there I fell in love with Tie Dye. I have been a loyal customer for the past 33yrs that's something I appreciate as a small business owner myself. Eventually things will and do change. Trends change, employees change, owners changes, name changes but the one thing that has always stayed the same is the level of customer service I received every single time I was there. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to browse and was greeted upon entry. I was there for a gift and needed some assistance so the young lady with dark hair came to assist. But instead of getting great customer service, I received a rude employee who refused to let us actually touch and look at things. She said the reasoning was due to the pandemic and she would have to sanitize everything we touched as soon as we left. Ok understandable however would that not fall into her job duties as an employee? If I were that employee and someone was looking to purchase a specific gift for someone special I would have sanitized everything in the place to accomplish two things: 1. Doing a job I'm being paid to do 2. Having that customer leave with a positive shopping experience. THE BONUS........... Repeat Customer! I did end up making a small purchase out of necessity and here we are 2 weeks later and it's broke. Obviously not the quality of products I'm use to purchasing there. So as a local resident and a year round purchaser I will have to contemplate other options going forward. Sad day in deed

Robbie Elmore, an outstanding sales professional, greeted me when I got there. After explaining what I was looking for, a large secetional, we walked the store. The selection is huge, the quality is outstanding. Robbie understood what I was looking for so my time was not wasted with incorrect styles. Once I picked out the couch I wanted he took the time to design the sectional, Robbie even found the perfect fabric for my accents pillows. I will be purchasing more furniture from this location. Proves that reviews are important however taking a chance once in awhile does pay off. Hoping the delivery will be as pleasant an experience.

This included a Shanghai collection headboard, footboard, armoire, dresser, two nightstands, and a table. All in good condition, minus a few scratches. I waited over a month and nothing. I finally contacted them and they sent me a check for $56. The $56 was for the two nightstands, table, dresser. My armoire, they said, had a broken leg, so they sold it for $5. This is not true. I was using the armoire the day before it was delivered and there was NEVER a problem with any of the legs, it was worth at the very least $50. They never even sent me the $5! I've tried inquiring about the headboard and footboard since last fall. Everytime I call, I'm told they'll get back to me. They've never called me back. I feel ripped off, cheated. My furniture was worth more than $56. I will never, ever use nor recommend Osage Action Barn again

Others told me my countertops were not going to look good because I had to have a seam in one side. Well...the 14 day installation crew installed them and the seam hardly shows. The seam was due to the size of my countertops - not 14 day's issues. They also made matching window sills for my bathrooms. I couldn't be happier. It all matches and they are the best!!
