I don't normally leave reviews however these guys are warranted one. I requested a quote and Arturo was fast in his reply. Also, no BS from him. He was straight up with pricing, no ala carte hidden costs like the other cleaning companies I've inquired with. He came out to check out my place so he could properly quote it. Him and his team did a full move out clean including carpet shampooing. They were extremely thorough and did not rush the job. They got everything from top to bottom and got in all the cabinets, windows, nooks and crannies of the place that I have not touched in a year. The carpet shampooing was done well! I've had it done from other carpet cleaners and they did not do a great job like Arturo and his team had done. My home is only one year old and I put it up for rent. They got it back to brand new as if I hadn't been there. I highly recommend Janitorial Plus for all your cleaning needs! They do an awesome job, have great pricing and are trustworthy. I must say that I had a good experience with this company. Was everything clean perfect, nope, but that isn't their fault nor mine, it was all of ours. To start my house was a wreck! I was in the middle of packing and having enough out of the house in order to get the house on the market. My bathrooms were AMAZING. I did find some cobwebs in one the next day. But in their defense the inky way I saw the. Was by taking a shower. No problem! I don't think they cleaned the tile around my kitchen, and I didn't notice until the next day so that was my fault for not noticing. The poor ladies even had to work around me working. We have tried many housecleaners in this area and found most to be not worth calling back, but Arturo and his team are fantastic! We have pets and the pet hair can drive a person crazy. I had ankle surgery and was expecting family in from out of town. After several weeks of being unable to complete basic cleaning tasks around the house, we contacted Janitorial Plus to do a deep clean. They were very responsive and the cost was fair. Overall, we were happy with the job but there were a few things we noticed in the days that followed that weren't quite to the standard we expected. It wasn't anything worth calling them back about (rust rings in the sink and some shower grime on the inside ledge of the shower door) and they did a great job of ridding the house of all the dog and cat hair and dust that collected while I was crutches. If we're looking to use a cleaning service again, we'll give them a call but probably won't pay for another deep clean when a standard clean should do the job. read more

We needed our house prepared for a reception to be held on January 30th. Arturo was able on short notice to put us on his schedule for the 28th. Arturo arrived on time followed one hour later by his assistants. Within a few minutes he let me know that the agreed upon price needed to be adjusted. With our high ceilings and carpet stains I could understand and agreed to the new price. Looking back at the amount of man hours put in (over 8), I think that his adjustment was fair.
