They sent out a 3 team crew for a 2 bathroom 1 bedroom less than 800sq ft apartment and failed to communicate any adjustments or extras they felt they wanted/needed to add, once they finished in under the 3 hour window i was expecting to pay less than the $420.. however I was presented with a $525 bill!! These people came in, poorly vacuumed and mopped the floors, half heartedly wiped down the doors and cabinets, cleaned the sinks, tubs and toilets... no windows, no blinds, no dusting and did a horrible job at that! I called the main office immediately and asked them how that was even possible and was told that it took longer than expected even though I was quoted three people for three hours and they were only here for two hours and 30 minutes. they said we're sorry for the miscommunication we're sorry that they didn't tell you that they were going over the $420 until they presented me the bill then proceed to quote the estimate verbiage but we had previously discussed that $420 was the high end and more than likely would not be gone over the photos tell all this is a Bait and Switch and I have contacted the BBB

I hired Anna to clean a residential unit back in October. We expected that she would be the one…read morecompleting the service and would be sticking to the quote provided. On the day of the cleaning, someone not associated with Anna's business arrived to complete the clean which was never communicated with us. The person who arrived was unkind, clearly bothered by being there, and left within the hour of arrival with no communication to any of us. She returned the following day to complete the clean, still rather rude, and did very little to actually clean the space. It is a jr. 1 bedroom, smaller than the size of an average studio apartment. Anna then told us that the person she "contracted out to" wanted to charge her $100 an hour for the clean and claimed to have been there for two full days of work. Over the course of the month we were sent multiple sporadic communications and invoices as high as thousands of dollars for a job that was never completed and done outside of what we agreed to. When I stepped in to take over communication and get the situation cleared up, I set an appointment to speak with Anna. She missed the phone appointment, despite texting with us earlier in that day. I attempted contact with her again yesterday, and finally after multiple texts and a call was able to get her on the phone to discuss the situation. We negotiated the invoice down to the hours truly worked at the quote we agreed on; despite the job not being done I agreed to pay to end the matter. This finally occurred at the end of my day yesterday. I then find that she called me outside of work hours, called my employee, and threatened to add a late fee if the invoice is not paid today. An invoice that had just been sent the night prior at end of day. I find Anna's actions and communication to be deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend her services, and will not be working with her again in the future.

So my wife hired RADD to come clean prior to out-of-town guests arriving. I should preface by…read moresaying 1) we have a two year old and 2) that's just an excuse, because neither my wife nor I are any good at keeping the house clean and in order. It took us two days just to 'prepare' for the cleaners to arrive. After walking through with my wife, the cleaners got to work. We left to give them space. After three hours, they were done. Total: 170.00. 75 for the first hour, then 25/hr for each worker. Pretty fair, really. The work: We have a ~1200 sq.ft house, wood floors and two bathrooms (no carpet). They scrubbed both bathrooms including the shower stall/tub and floor in each one, wiped all kitchen cabinets down, all flat surfaces in all rooms, mopped all floors and vacuumed. The result: All looked much improved after their touch. The kitchen floor could have had another go, but the deck was kind of stacked against them (who lays down white linoleum in the kitchen!??). They forgot to clean the toilets entirely (by their own admission) and (my only surprise) didn't take the garbage out in any of the five rooms with garbage cans. The verdict: I learned to be specific about what I/we want; ask... Desiree will tell you yes or no or how much extra it would cost. My wife and I will be asking them to return for monthly maintenance cleaning and would recommend them to others without reserve. Plus, as my wife pointed out, they're a small independently owned company and they're pretty damn easy on the eyes (Desiree and her husband both are quite cute-- Well, what did you expect? This isn't Forbes, it's Yelp. Wouldn't YOU want hot people to clean YOUR house? Well there you go.). We will be hiring this company again.
