I was initially thrilled when my boyfriend sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers from this florist. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Upon unwrapping the flowers, I noticed an unpleasant odor which I initially thought might be from the packaging. I removed the wrapping and placed the flowers in fresh water, but the foul smell only intensified as the blooms opened up. Even more concerning, the flowers began wilting rapidly - by the third day, the petals were drooping and the leaves were turning brown. I made sure to change the water regularly, so neglect was not the issue. When I informed my boyfriend, he called the florist. They insisted the flowers were fresh and implied I was to blame for not caring for them properly. They promised a manager would call back to address the situation, but that follow-up call never came. It's extremely disappointing that my boyfriend paid a considerable sum for a bouquet that started looking (and smelling) within days of arrival. Attaching photos to show the beautiful initial state of the flowers and their sad, wilted condition just three days later. By day four, their condition had deteriorated even further. I expected much better quality and customer service from this florist. read more

I want to start off by saying this arrangement was beautiful! Receiving this from my husband on our anniversary was unexpected, and such a beautiful detail. The feedback for service that I would recommend is to bring the flowers as soon as they see you. Going into detail, these were delivered to my job and the male that dropped them off came first empty-handed with only a paper to get a signature. The paper had a picture of the bouquet. After signing it, he went back downstairs to get the arrangement which was a little odd in the order he did it. This may be a protocol a follow, but it was no longer a surprise. Although that happened, the arrangement was still beautifully made, and the quality of the flowers are amazing! I will definitely be ordering flowers from here. Hopefully, next time they take the flowers as a surprise, and not after the fact. Also, I feel the prices are not too bad, but still competitive. read more

Nice shop. My cousin and I came here to get center pieces . Got there Ruben greeted us, explained to us to show him what we would like , told us to come back the following day for a sample he'll put together. Two days pass, sample isn't ready, it's now 4 days. Sample is ready . But that's not the issue... He shows us the sample (which was beautiful ) , he gave us a price of 90 dollars for each center piece. She needs 10-11 (and 1,000) dollars on flowers for a backyard wedding seems a little way too much. So we text him back letting him know , hey the flowers are incredible, but way too out of our price range of what we're willing to spend on flowers. Can you show me what I can get for 30-40 dollars a centerpiece. Ruben doesn't ever reply. Doesn't answer any of our calls. So at this point, even if we're to decide let's just go with the 90 dollar centerpiece , they lost a customer. Wouldn't recommend if you're someone that needs a consistent flower place , they especially if you're planning a big day! read more
