At 10:30 AM, everything still showed as confirmed, only to receive an email after 11AM stating the order could not be fulfilled. No substitute options, resolution, or accommodation were offered for the inconvenience. On one of the busiest floral holidays of the year, inventory management and communication should be a top priority. Canceling at the last minute left no realistic opportunity to arrange another delivery elsewhere on such short notice. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Huge selection of bouquets. Lots of flower shops now no longer have many flowers on site but this places has a lot. We were able to browse their cooler section with many long stem roses. In the show area there were some premade selections as well as florists to help make custom sets. Thai funeral Two different days of prayer . The first day is the Blessing of the hands with water With flower petals in it it was open casket. Second day no casket but more prayer. That already felt like two funerals. Then we pause for a week and had the cremation ceremony at Hollywood forever cemetery Funeral number three. We had to Re-buy the flowers for the next week. The first order of flowers was 1100. The next week we had to order 15% of the flowers again. All flowers were provided by Diana's. I kept saying we have to go downtown LA to get what we need . Was I wrong we literally had to go around the block from Grandma's house. . It worked out perfect. They were so kind and helpful. They let us keep the flowers in their freezer for the rest of the week so that we can save some money and try and just replenish what went dead. The flowers were so beautiful. The shop felt very cold lacking of customer service. I'm close so I come and my husband usually gets flowers from here. I'll find the other arrangements the flowers last about 2 days before dying. A lot of their arrangements in the Freezer are already brown.
