I The office staff didn't seem friendly so I felt unsure but my parents used Dr Knapp for yrs so I knew he was a good physician anyways a month and a half goes by I call to find out what the status was. She says oh we're not booking out till April but we're still working on your application so we'll get in touch with you. No need to call us. I call him back today and I'm just informed that they are no longer taking new patients and that I cannot become a new patient, but yeah, I was told a month ago that they were taking new patients. The woman that I spoke to said oh there's so much going on that. He's no longer taking new patients till summer but yet no one called me in the meantime to tell me that and I was waiting for an appointment well I think it's a blessing in disguise because honestly the office staff wasn't very nice. Unfortunately you can't find good physicians anymore.

Turns out that was not the case as it was limited to an EKG, which was performed by a person reading from a manual. Office manager apologized as they have new people. In a later conversation the next day, the doctor also apologized while offering me the same excuse though refusing to order the tests from an outside provider saying I should go back to the surgeon, who himself advised me to have my provider perform them. Today I received a call from Family Medicine of Malta with the results of my lab (blood) testing. I never had blood work done there! They confused someone's blood with me, who never had any blood drawn. Oh My!

She was able to identify the root of many of my health problems to be related to toxicities in my environment and the foods I had been consuming. She took addition time to educate me on how to start addressing each of my issues and maintaining a healthier environment for my body to heal.
