Damon falls under the stereotypical egotistical lawyer that thinks he knows everything, while also not letting you explain the full details of your case. After less than 60 seconds of "being allowed" to explain my case, he continuously kept interrupting me (and when I asked him to let me fully explain my case so he has all the details needed, he said *I* was interrupting *him*), used condescending language to put me down as a person, tried to tell me "what was going on" with my own situation that absolutely was not factual. A lawyer should listen to the full situation at hand without jumping to conclusions as I was not even given a full minute to try to explain 12+ months worth of details. Every time he said something that had nothing to do with my situation, I tried telling him that that did not apply to me and he was misunderstanding what was going on because I was not given the opportunity to fully explain my situation. Every opportunity he had, Damon continued to put me down as a human being for asking for help, going as far to say I should be reprimanded for my disability, which is the most disgusting, ableist thing I have ever heard from someone with a professional career, let alone a lawyer that is supposedly supposed to work with discrimination cases.
