Loosing that would have changed my entire family's lives in a very negative way. My best friend passed away from an asthma attack and I was then searched and they found a pound of cannibal oil. I was then charged with Manufacture with intent to deliver Cannabis. They also tried to charge me with a drug induced homicide because we were smoking pot. After months of fighting them, the homicide portion dropped off. I was then just being charged with the Manufacture with intent. I then tried to get a first timers probation (410) agreement and the states attorney denied because of an ATH of pot I had been charged with as a juvenile. Jim talked with friends of his and came up with TASC probation that if completed, could wipe the record of being charged with a felony entirely. I was then charged with what I was accused of and received 24 months of adult intense probation. Jim put it in the agreement to review for possible early termination at 12 months. 12 months to the day there was Jim, ready to make it happen for me. Jim persuaded the states attorney to allow a successful early termination by 12 months! HALF! Jim didn't stop there. With TASC probation you then have to file a motion to have the record wiped and vacate the conviction. So what does Jim do? Without me even needing to appear in court, Jim represented me and successfully persuaded the states attorney and the judge to VACATE THE ENTIRE CONVITCTION. When choosing a lawyer Jim and Amanda as a team are second to none. They will fight for you in a way to bring results. They understand and they care. Jim is truly an incredible lawyer skilled in the art of influencing others. LeFante law also has the man power to make you feel as if you are there only client. I couldn't ever explain how terrified I was, how emotional the process was... I don't know what I would have done without Jim and Amanda caring for me and my daughter. Jim really does go the extra mile. Even if he feels it would be a long shot he will at least take the shot for you. He did what every it took to make sure I felt he did all he could. Jim, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My family thanks you.

Damon falls under the stereotypical egotistical lawyer that thinks he knows everything, while also not letting you explain the full details of your case. After less than 60 seconds of "being allowed" to explain my case, he continuously kept interrupting me (and when I asked him to let me fully explain my case so he has all the details needed, he said *I* was interrupting *him*), used condescending language to put me down as a person, tried to tell me "what was going on" with my own situation that absolutely was not factual. A lawyer should listen to the full situation at hand without jumping to conclusions as I was not even given a full minute to try to explain 12+ months worth of details. Every time he said something that had nothing to do with my situation, I tried telling him that that did not apply to me and he was misunderstanding what was going on because I was not given the opportunity to fully explain my situation. Every opportunity he had, Damon continued to put me down as a human being for asking for help, going as far to say I should be reprimanded for my disability, which is the most disgusting, ableist thing I have ever heard from someone with a professional career, let alone a lawyer that is supposedly supposed to work with discrimination cases. Damon is by far the most unprofessional human being I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. If you have a disability discrimination case you need help with, do NOT come to Damon.

They even suggest that conditions such as disability, loss of income and pain and suffering due to improper medical attention are possible reasons for a medical malpractice suit. And, they will have your back. But, they apparently don't value you enough to sit down in-person to discuss your life-changing situation/case. Instead, from my experience, one is possibly going to be hurried through an over-the-phone only attempt to explain a condition of which they may (understandably) have little to no knowledge. They told me that if I can still walk, they would not take the case (despite my post-surgery condition causing daily pain, severely reduced mobility and loss of income). They offered that it would cost $50,000 dollars for them to attempt to process this non-death case. So, basically, what I understood from this (occasionally rude) conversation was...if no one is dead...we are not likely to want to assist you re: your post-surgery disability, pain and suffering and loss of income.
