Where to start about Aaron... In the sometimes dark and murky corridors of the real estate world Aaron shines as a giant among mere mortals. Ok, that may be a stretch, but he's by far the best agent with whom I've worked. I recently purchased a house and used Aaron as the buying agent. I have bought and sold a few houses previously and have a fair amount of experience with both buying and selling agents. I wish I would've met Aaron earlier and saved myself some not-so-great experiences with other agents. Aaron is a perfect fit for the first time buyer/seller, or for the seasoned veteran. He knows how to adapt to your individual needs, style, preferences and does so fluidly. From jump street he'll invest the time to ensure he knows what you're looking for, how much guidance or hand-holding you may need, and how he can best serve you based on your individual needs. The first conversation I had with him we discussed what I was looking for in an agent and in terms of houses (type, area, etc.). I am comfortable with the World Wide Web internets and didn't necessarily need someone to do all the homework on my behalf. My desire was to partner on pared-down lists and attempt to target trips only on homes that had strong promise. He was great with collaborating in his magic real estate "portal" to keep fresh listings that matched my criteria. We started looking at homes in a couple of the areas that I suggested and listings were a bit sparse (very, very hot market at the time and homes were going incredibly fast). Aaron was johnny on the spot when it came to looking at homes right as they hit the market. He was accommodating to my schedule and would work me into his so that we could get out as quickly as possible, even targeting home visits the day they hit the market. I ended up making offers on a few houses but got beat out by other people going way above asking, several of them cash offers. (seriously, how can there be that many cash offers??! WTH, am I bidding against Pablo Escobar?? Ok, I digress) Aaron approached each of these offers with the same amount of zest and gusto, offering insight into offer trends, comps, and all information available to him to best inform my decision. He was patient with each of these and never pushed me to make more of an offer just so he could close and move on. I was starting to get nervous because I had an upcoming trip that would take me out of the country for a few weeks. We found a house that I really liked that Aaron had taken me out to the morning it hit the market. We had an offer prepared within an hour and Aaron was all over it like a donkey on a waffle. He drove the offer down to the selling agent's office, which was not close, along with a bribe (really, a box of candy bars). Offer accepted after a couple days of back and forth. Me happy. 25 days to me leaving the country. Aaron partnered with my lender to make sure every single thing was in line for a fast close. We closed literally the night before my flight. I didn't have time to go to the house prior to flying out. While I was gone Aaron went to the house, made sure the seller got all the remaining stuff out of there and even had all new locks put in for me! Oh yeah, he also had a cleaning company come over to completely clean the place so I could come back to a spotless home. That's gangster agent stuff right there. As you can tell by my lengthy review, I think very highly of Aaron. I won't hesitate to use him again and you'll be doing yourself a favor by using him as your agent. TLDR: Aaron's really good. I can highly recommend Aaron to anyone who needs help to find a new home or sell their existing one. In 2014 and 2015 Aaron helped my husband and I to find our dream property. Since we had specific requirements, the search took almost a year and a half before we found what we really wanted and had the keys in our hands. Aaron stayed with us the whole time and never got tired of us, helping us to look out for what we wanted, and cheered us up when we despaired, that we never would find what we were looking for. Finally it was there, and then Aaron guided us professionally through the feasibility process, and all the practical matters that needed to be done, before we closed the deal. What we really appreciate was that Aaron always was available. We never had to wait for an answer to an email or a phone call, especially when there was a time pressure. This made it less stressful for us, which was great. He was also very fun and friendly, which made this whole experience into something enjoyable. Aaron also helped us to sell our existing home, in 2015, and he was amazing. He knew exactly what fixes we had to do to be able to sell our house quickly and for a really good price, higher than we had expected. He also had a great crew who made the fixes that needed to be done to get the house in shape. It had never looked better than when we left it. As we began the venture of moving from San Diego to Seattle area we felt overwhelmed as to where to begin our home search, so I began googling Realtors, looking in particular for one that had previous experience with people relocating from out of state. This is how we found Aaron, and this is when our home buying adventures began. From the very beginning Aaron was very organized, and upbeat as we drug him around all over the map to look at houses. Not knowing exactly where we wanted to live we literally had him driving all the way from Issaquah, to Edgewood, to NE Tacoma area with us showing us homes, discussing the area, traffic, and really helping us hone in on what we wanted. Amidst the rain and the storms and our limited time schedules with flying up to look at houses, Aaron was a champ. He kept things light and as stress-free as possible when looking at homes in a muddy rain storm with 3 year old twins in tow! He went above and beyond and when we couldn't see a home in person he drove to the house himself and did a live video walkthrough for us. Ultimately we chose our beautiful home in Northeast Tacoma/Browns Point area just a few minutes from the sound. We absolutely love it and thank Aaron for all of the hard work that he and his assistant Marie put into our home buying process. Thanks guys.... No integrity here! I have lived and rented in various states over the last several years and have never had a worse experience with rental management than with the Janus group. The Janus group bought my rental contract while we were living at the property. As I purchased a home, I was honest and upfront about my moving timeline and AGREED PER THEIR REQUEST TO MOVE OUT EARLY in order for them to rent out the property sooner. Then, upon moving out, they had LOST ALL OF THE MOVE IN PAPERWORK, and therefore charged me for anything not in "perfect condition." All was normal wear of the property, including that of the previous tenants (which was fully documented in photos in the move in paperwork). Getting an email from the previous property manager confirming that she indeed received this move in paperwork, as well as resubmitting copies of this paperwork did not sway their decision. Charges included the cost of paint for the property, even though all the paint they needed was in the garage. They were NOT WILLING TO ADMIT THEY WERE AT FAULT in the least. Then in the most unprofessional manner, Marie, my given contact from their group, BLOCKED OUR CELL PHONE NUMBER DURING THE TIME THAT WE WERE STILL TRYING TO SETTLE THIS ISSUE. Their last response was simply that they will no longer respond to our communications. I would never recommend working with this group. read more

What can I say about Aaron, Not enough quite frankly. If my kids had his genes they might have a future. We moved here from San Diego in October, and started talking to Aaron about a month before. He was very well prepared on our visits up to Washington, and spent two whole weekends carting us around and showing us all kinds of houses in several different areas. We weren't sure at the time where we wanted to live, But he was more than willing to accommodate, and encouraged us to look at a wide range of areas. He had the house photos and details neatly packaged in a book that we got to keep. I have to say his staff is excellent as well. In fact the real star was Marie. When Aaron decided to take a week off out of no where,( OK, He actually got called to Jury duty, Then stayed up till ten every night on the phone with me following up) Marie picked up the slack, and showed several houses in his absence, Including the one we bought. Honestly, he's by far the very best real estate agent I've worked with. I am already recommending him, and will not work with another agent as long as I'm in Washington. read more

He presented good ideas to make our house ready for sale, we followed through with his advice and he kept in constant contact with us as to our progress. Our friends recommended Aaron to us after they bought their house and I'm glad they did. We had a great experience with Aaron despite a super crazy housing market. He was always ready to arrange his schedule around ours when we went looking at houses and we always felt like we could spend as much time as we wanted in each house. We put several offers on houses that weren't accepted, but Aaron kept us from going crazy offering too much money on houses. We cannot recommend Aaron highly enough. We live in eastern Washington and wanted to buy a condo in the Seattle area. We would arrive with only a few hours to look, and he would efficiently and courteously show us many listings. He did his homework and knew most of the fine details of each building - when he didn't he quickly did the research to answer our questions.
