I wish we could have chatted longer but of course they get paid for the time they are there. Safety - As a female - I always get a little nervous calling a subcontractor into my home. Jess was very professional - he was wearing a company logo shirt to identify himself and a mask (if that's something you worry about). I would feel perfectly safe calling him again. Well I just turned my old (and first) iPhone in as its been in storage since upgrading- the issue is the thing won't turn on! The staff at the office are so nice. Even though my phone may just be dead (my bad for keeping it off for so long- and in poor condition) I'm not worried about it. Makes it even better that the owner Jason was online JUST NOW answering my online chat question of, "are you guys open today?" LOL yeah I was that lazy.... Jappel Tech saved me from buying a new phone. Jason provided expertise, amazing service and great restaurant recommendations in the area (I'm new). He responded quickly to my appointment request through Yelp and we set up an appointment for that day. He fixed my phone in 45 minutes. I needed the screen of my phone replaced, when I returned to pick up the phone it had a new screen, the speakers and camera worked better, he let me know what else may be a future issue (I have not been easy to this phone) and even gave me advice on an older phone I was using as a back up. After testing my phone and seeing it was working well again, I inquired about protecting it (against myself) and purchased a case and screen protector. There was a small selection to choose from, but the selection included things I would have picked out from a store with much more variety. He took the time to apply the screen protector. The price point for everything was totally appropriate and a discount was applied for a promotion they were going to start the next day. I would have give 0 start if it was possible! I contact the place to replace my iPhone glass, they told me that they were out of parts. Two days after they got the parts for my phone so I made an appointment to get my phone repaired. I took time from work ,since the place close at 5 ,and when I got there they told me that they finish the parts needed for my phone. I look at my phone and I see a yelp message a few minutes before my appointment ( useless at that point) telling me that there was a miscommunication and they didn't put my part on a side even having the appointment schedule a week in advance This place is a joke, very unprofessional, stay away from it! read more

Broken iPhone, no problem for these guys!!!!!! I called in before arriving to the location for pricing and availability for my iPhone 6 Plus screen which was cracked. They truly were very professional on the phone. They told me yes, we have the parts. What time would you like to come in for your repair. So I got my glass on my phone fixed, an I am truly happy with the work preformed! Truly by calling ahead can save you time, an gas. My MacBook Pro crashed about a month ago. I took it to another repair shop to get my hard drive recovered, but they were unable to fix it (and charged me $40 on top of that). I took it Jason at Jappel and not only was he able to turn my computer on, but also recover and transfer my hard drive for me within a couple of hours. He was very friendly on my initial meeting with him and kept me informed of every step during the process. Price was very reasonable (lower than most quotes that I received) and he offered to recycle my old computer once done. On the advice of several, I took my iMac Here. They seemed quite knowledgeable - nice young guys. Said they'd check it out and let me know in a day or two. I call 3 days later and am told I need a new internal drive. It has to be ordered. How long? I ask. Just a few days. That was a week ago. The part is still not in, and when it does arrive, it's a couple hours to install. I've already lost one paying client because of no computer.
