We had our truck reserved weeks in advance, and even called the week before to confirm. The day before we go to pick up our truck I get a call that it needs and oil change, so can we come later in the day. When we get there the clerk tells me that they don't have a tow dolly for my car, and there isn't one for 150 miles. I think to myself, "I bet I know where there's a tow dolly", and call penske. They have us in the truck we wanted in an hour! The bottom line, Penske may be more expensive, but they guarantee you a clean, new truck, on time, and just how you wanted it. Plus, we didn't have to pay for miles with Penske, so we used the truck to pick up new furniture at garage sales for a couple days after we got to Portland. Totally Excellent!
