I was nervous the price was too high and I'd be super picky in finding things they missed initially. Turn out, I definitely was nervous and picky and still didn't find anything they missed. some of my favorite details about the detail: they used a matte interior protectant that didn't make my IP too shiny. They cleaned and put protectant on the wheel well - it was so clean it was tough to drive afterwards. I forgot to take a picture of the engine detail but it looked as clean as the interior if my car. Finally, the guys were very personable in explaining to me what their procedures were going to be with my car. I love my car and after a detail, I want it to look like it did when I first got it, and thats what I got at Salt Lake Detail.

(THIS IS MY THIRD VEHICLE WITH THE CERAMIC COATING PROTECTION) and that's why I know how suppose to work and feel!!! And because I do wash and dry my vehicles!!! So that been said! In my other 2 vehicles after washing those never find or get water marks! Or any other marks! In this one after wash it I always find those marks that are hard to take them off ! We had them out in the spring and the tech was professional and easy to work with, so we decided to…read morego with them again. Made an appt via their website. No one showed. I reached out and there was "no record" of my appt in the system despite receiving multiple confirmations. Blamed the website editor. Rescheduled for a week and a half later. The night before, asks me to move the appt, which I can't do. Blamed a "dr appointment" that he must been made after confirming our rescheduled appointment. I offer to have them come before and after their "doctor appt," but ultimately we rescheduled a second time for 2 days later. The night before my third appt attempt, says he doesn't "offer a Groupon service anymore" and I can pay the full price. Super frustrating, unprofessional, and wasted a lot of our time.
