This is my absolute favorite dispensary to visit. I drive up from Columbus to do it. The selection is awesome and they are always getting new things to try. They always have amazing deals--from budget selections to high end. The thing that really gets me though is their customer service. The employees working there--from front desk to budtenders to managers to order fulfillers--everyone is always amazing. I had Rebecca today and she was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, fun, and personable. She gave good advice and personal recommendations. She worked to ensure I had everything I wanted and needed--for myself and others--from sleeping and fun gummies to vapes and pre-rolls. I normally love this place but after this most recent visit I am rather upset.. the budtender told me he was giving me a bunch of freebies but from what I can tell they weren't free because he used my rewards points --- he didn't ask because if he did I would've used them on my bulk order to save cash on the concentrates I bought since I don't really smoke flower. I only took the fancy prerolls because he advertised them as a freebie, I only noticed after looking at my reciept. This is one of my favorite places so this is extrememly disappointing . I will probably be back since this place has the best selection on concentrates in Monroe but I will be more vigilant before I pay making sure to verify all discounts. read more

This place has the biggest selection, we had so many options and huge deals that I was too overwhelmed to order online, but that is an option for those who what they want! My boyfriend and I visited the New Buffalo location yesterday off US 12 for a little curbside pick up. I love this place. We always get fast and friendly service. Jaylen helped us out and he was awesome and has a winning smile and attitude. He was prompt and made sure to ask if we'd like to use our points to ensure we got the best deal. There's a lot of people on here that complain about the wait time but that's just how this location is as the lobby is a bit small so to all of those that sit here and complain and whine like a little school girls grow up and stop leaving negative reviews that are intellectually dishonest. This place is phenomenal. I will go nowhere else but this location, regardless of the line because of the kindness and the professionalism and the ethics of the employers and the selection and the quality of product. Don't let the negative reviews. Tried it again. Much better! There are some issues though. Apparently when I went last time there was no record of my purchase, but my details were in the system. They said, "You came in and didn't make a purchase." So the second visit is "officially" the first? Apparently I paid, got product, got change, but the transaction didn't happen? Sounds like the crappy service last time was from a crappy employee, and not at all like C.C., CeeCee, or CC (I don't know) new budtender to me anyhow, and she was great. I spent more out the door than I wanted, but isn't that too often the case when we are getting what we want. I got 2 and 1/2 oz's out the door for less than 3 bills, and as far as I'm concerned it's great. (The flower is fire!) The selection was good, I feel like I got a great value, and I will return. It is nice to have a budtender to help with the choices, because it would be easy to get overwhelmed with all the great flower. read more

I drove to the Monroe,Michigan location specifically for the 40% off deal on the Jeeters. I knew about the deal because of a voicemail I received stating the deal was going on from Friday thru Sunday. Not only was I denied the deal but , even after I proved myself with my phone I was rudely told no. I'm extremely disappointed and also a regular customer. I waited 2.5 hours in the rain on an online preorder from 2 hours earlier and they got my order wrong. I emailed to complain with no response after a week. So now my complaints go everywhere I can put them! I won't be back. Too many competitors for you to be terrible with your service. read more

I went there to pick up a online order and they took awhile to get it done and I had to wait even though I placed the order 3 hours before. Then afterwards I asked to go and look at the items in the store and they told me I had to be put back in the computer and wait to go in and they never called my name to take me in to look around. After sitting for 30mins they only offered me a handful of preroll's to pick from that they had laying close to the register. After all that wouldn't you know it their flower sucks. read more

Do not waste your time,money or patience at this place. We went there to pick up a pre order place the day before. When we arrived we noticed they were selling 4 Oz. Orders. Then we were told to go wait on our car for quicker service. The parking lot of you want to call it that is a small lot made of dirt/ mud with one way in and the same way out. It was so cramped that you couldn't open your car door to get on or out. So we sat and waited for the pre-order for one hour and 20 minutes. Finally! So in trying to leave we had to wait another 10 minutes for the other cars to move so we could get out. I got stuck in the mud and one of the potholes in the lot and had to be pushed out. The security guy standing there smoking getting high just watched. I asked if there was any other way or of the lot. He just laughed and threw up his hands. The order was not even worth the effort or the money. The whole experience was one that caused me to never go back to this place. There's too much competition in the immediate area to waste your entire day for average product. Terrible experience even worse customer service at Jars. Don't waste your energy on this place. read more
