Nice staff and good deals, the price is good - cash only but the selection is smaller than other dispensaries in the area but it was a bit busier than some of the other smaller dispensaries so it must have something good and I like their reward incentives as well as the first time buyer gifts for the next 3 purchases. My wife and I are fairly infrequent Lume customers, but have usually always had good experiences with the staff being friendly and efficient. Not today, though. I always place an online order since I am Hard of Hearing, and had only been in the merchandise room for a minute or two when my wife told me my name was called. I called out that I needed to stop at the ATM first, which took me probably less than two minutes. When I approached the budtender she was extremely rude and passive aggressive, claiming that she called my name four times with no response (none of which I heard.) I said, I'm sorry, I am Hard of Hearing, and she continued to make snide comments at me until I left, perhaps thinking that I couldn't hear (which I can. Just not well.) Her rudeness has me seriously considering whether or not to shop at Lume again in the future, if this is how they treat their customers with disabilities. read more

I stopped here this weekend with the hope of finding support that aligned with their messaging around being different from other Cannabis brands. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. As a disabled patient with specific medical needs, I felt that important considerations were overlooked, and the level of support I received did not match what is advertised. This created a sense of being unseen rather than supported, particularly as someone within the very population their services are meant to benefit. I encourage the organization to more intentionally align their practices with their stated mission, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and genuine care for all patients not only those who fit a more straightforward model of service and accessibility. I was also told reception was currently backed up however I don't think the Manager realized I was sitting in the parking lot with less than 10 cars in it. I really liked this place. I pulled up, and the curb appeal was not in any way off putting. Upon entering I was greeted, and I couldn't help but notice seating in the entry/lobby area. It's nice to see people look out for those who can't stand, or wait long without ill effects. I was brought in, and the bud tender was very nice. I already knew what I wanted to purchase, so it was mostly small talk with me picking my freebie as a new customer. I chose an 1/8th, and it was actually desirable. The item I was purchasing was on sale, and a great value. The medicine came in a felt bag, which is a definite improvement over plastic, and felt like it was a slightly more elevated experience. It was enjoyable to say the least. Will definitely be returning, and as of now completely look forward to my next visit. I recommend. read more

Be careful! Classic "Bait and Switch" (When I Purchased a quantity of "Rocket Blast Rainbow Rips" Carts) Website advertised as over 92 THC. I used the website photo at the store to order/purchase the desired items. When I got home, I discovered ALL carts were 82 THC. I called LUME today and was told the THC Pct information on the website was **wrong** and that the staff member(s) don't know that it is wrong. The representative advised they had known about this before I called to share my experience. LUME advertised a 92 pct product, then sells you a lesser product and DID NOT advise of the switch at the point of sale and ordering?? Was this deliberate? Like most people, I went online to see the menu BEFORE ordering and buying from the store. They told me they "might" be able to exchange for something else in the store. No refunds. read more

As a 30-something millennial who has spent their entire life scoring bud from someone's uncle in a creepy basement, as we all did, I have been nervous to go to a dispensary for fear of looking like a total idiot. "What's your favorite strain?" "Uh... whatever I can score?" Anyway, those fears were immediately quelled when I walked in. The place is super secure, clean, and NICE. I felt like I was walking into an Apple Store. Beautiful displays, helpful info cards all around explaining exactly what kind of cannabis you need for what you're looking to achieve, and one-on-one salesperson assistance to walk you through your purchase. We drove 2 hours to get to Lume. On the website, the Lume story was very impressive. Discussed how products are categorized by Dream, Move, Unwind, Focus, etc., but the experience in the store showed that all those "moods" were not available. Lots of choices, but not a lot of different choices (i.e. lots of similar products). Our service rep was unenthusiastic, and we had to claw information from him. I expect that the (many) products that we did purchase will live up to their billing. read more
