I love the Cave Creek location but when I came in on Monday July 6th around 8:30 PM on a hot Monday afternoon, I had a button up shirt on but it was not buttoned up but the NEW staff was very aggressive in the fact that they could not serve me if my shirt was not buttoned up because of a no shirt policy. I complied but since my shirt was inside out from my putting it on right before coming into the shop. The got IRATE with me for having to take my shirt off so I could flip it around and actually button it up like the Nazi's working wanted. I did not like the attitude given me since I am a very regular customer and walked out without buying anything. The crew working Monday July 6th at 8/30 pm caused me to not spend any money at all because of their rude behavior. I will be in to talk to management about this because I feel they were out of line for their actions and they do not need to be working there. read more

Delivery, price and 2 close locations make this one of my most frequently visited dispensaries. I like the bonus items when getting delivery and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently self reported a recall due to moldy product which I appreciate. An abundance of caution is a great thing especially when people are ingesting and inhaling the product. It should be clean and healthy. So far jars will remain in my regular rotation of dispensaries that I visit. read more

I got an e-receipt and it shows the atm fee is only $2.50 & Jars is over charging us that extra $3.50 for the atm. The ATM fee is $6 not $3.50. I will never tip a budtender again. ALSO PSA. Do not ask for their recommendations unless you know them personally, they will just give you what needs to sell! They make commission sales off the people that don't know what they want. read more

The only times I've ever bought flower 8-12 months old have been from JARS. After shopping here for years I'm done. If you don't keep fresh stuff on the shelves you're gonna lose the customers that know what they're buying. The only times I've been sold old flower is when I forget to check, which means they'll try to screw you any way they can. It's sad because there's a few employees that extremely shine here but there's only a 5% chance I get them when I come. When I don't get the good employees there's such a huge chance to get pushed the most horrible stuff on the market. ANC on carefree is where I'll be going from now on fully, I might even buy concentrates elsewhere because the prices on those aren't worth the complete lack of ethics and morals to keep year old flowers on the shelves at JARS. Just like any other jars customer service and product quality is pretty terrible went in to get concentrates (shatter) the little packaging that it gets folded up in is all sticky on the outside and the "shatter" turns to dust when you touch it and the bud tenders at every jars seems like they'd rather be somewhere else which makes me want to shop somewhere else I exclusively go to jars for convenience and variety but it's not worth it anymore read more

Again, I drove a disabled vet to your store and he was REDUSED because he only had his military ID card (which is a Federally issued I D) you need to educate ALL of your employees. Of course I have taken him there before and he had no problems. I beleive they discriminated against him or are they just uneducated on the state of AZ laws. I have called a lawyer from the state on this subject and he said the military ID card is acceptable. read more

BUYER BEWARE - Service has declined massively since this was Debbies. Third time I experienced this and won't be back. I enter, check in as the only custimer and wait in line for over 15 minutes until the pain in my knees is overwhelming. I watch and see 6 workers are here, one is a security guard, but only two are helping custmoers buying. WOW, Debbies used to have 4-5 tenders to help people and you could get out in a reasonable amount if time. I see that things have really changed, now most employees are sitting around talking and laughing but not helping customers. After 15 minutes of waiting with no service my knees were killing me so I had to leace to stop the pain. I went to Giving Tree, and found real service. read more

The once friendly and knowledgeable staff has been replaced by indifferent employees who seem more interested in pushing sales than providing good customer service. It's clear that the focus has shifted to maximizing profits rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. The personal touch that made this place special is completely gone. The quality of service has gone down. There are plenty of other dispensaries that still value their customers--save your money and shop elsewhere. This place just isn't worth it anymore. read more
